Do you feel guilty for not being a "work work work" person?
@simovtransportmedia1137
@simovtransportmedia1137 3 года назад
That's an interesting question. I love to do my job fast and early and then stay in „slow and easy“ mode in the rest of the day and never have problems when I'm by myself and when I set the rules, but when I watch other people easy making through a monotone long term tasks I feel guilty for not understanding this.

We all have the chance to regulate how we feel...it seems hard in the beginning but with practice we can become in control of how we choose to feel and think. I‘ll record a video on that 👍

I don't feel guilty for being a not being a having to work every day kind of person. Travel is frankly not necessary and vacations are everyday every day is Saturday with a Sundae to look forward to. Making money in this corvid situation has proven surprisingly simple for me I think I am in the 1% of not only intelligence but now being able to invest intelligently instead of retardedly. The flow of money to where people didn't want to be to now where they feel they have to be has been sudden. Bought a lot for 35k less than a year ago now going to list it for 199k. Perception has become reality. Greed is good.

I used to feel obligated to work work wok all the time, stay busy, etc... But my personality has always been laid-back and relaxed. But I fought myself and told myself that I should be busy because others made me feel guilty for being myself. Now days, I don't give a crap what others think. If I want to chill, I'm going to chill. If I want to do some work outside of my normal job that pays my bills, then I will. But I no longer feel guilty for wanting to relax and be laid-back and have fun. 👍🏼

🤯 I’ve been listening to you for at least a couple of years now and I have not ever thought of or known this concept as an INFJ thing before. Eliminate the drama in my world and spend my energy on productive actions that become my mo in moving forward in my epic life🤯 Sounds super Healthy!!! I guess I did learn about this as a sickness in the early 80s when my therapist recommended reading Women Who Love Too Much-- game changer! But I love your positive spin on it🌺 My life is blessed by you💞

Do I feel guilty for not being a "work work work" person ? No. I feel like I have gotten closer to the balance I need between both work & relaxation. Being a single INFJ, I do everything. My own vehicle maintenance, yard work, household chores, etc. There are times when I relax on the couch ( i.e. rainy or snowy cold days, sick, exhausted, etc.), yet, I know that nobody else is gonna do this stuff but me. I've also began some on line courses while I am on the couch so that I can manage my time better. It's a good feeling. And I also like the statement you said " We don’t need to do all the things, just the right things”.

It's like trying to cultivate a garden when you're constantly being distracted or the garden's being constantly trampled on. Sometimes the world needs shutting out to allow you to potter about and tend that garden of ideas and cultivate something new and exciting. Clearing the decks and allowing me to go down my own meandering path is when I'm at my happiest and it usually produces something unique and useful. Great vid Wenzes, very inspiring! xx

My takeaway from this is that I need to let go of the need to tell somebody, anybody, about every little thing that happens around me. Now that I'm thinking about it, confronting it, I'm realizing that I don't find value in an experience unless I tell somebody about it. I do spend a lot of time figuring out who the right person is for me to tell something, someone that will respond in the way I want, so there can be little doubt that's where I put a lot of my excess energy. I have serious doubts about my ability to pull this off, but understanding the situation better gives me a foundation upon which to build. Thank you once again for your insights.

This has to be the most unique approach to "boredom" that I've heard - and it makes perfect sense! 🙂 Since I've done my share of intense overworking - and hurting my health in the process, - your take on boredom rang true with me. Big time! The video is excellent all the way throughout, but I especially liked your sumup mear the end: (1) Definite where we need to go (2) Take continuous steps toward it (3) Get out of our comfort zone (4) Do it in a way that allows us to act out of "power" and not "force" (5) We don't need to do "all of the things" but we do need to do the "right things." 🙂🙂 I'm already beginning to see how this can be done in a way that doesn't need to be stressful - in other words, we can be effective and productive without needing to be running around all of the time. 🙂🙂🙂

Guilty, nope. I tried that crap. It's not for me. I like being in a flow state rather than a rushed state. Rushing causes me and many others to make mistakes. Physical work is useful but at the same time the human brain uses between 20 and 25% of our energy. Work, work, work ;) Generally if I'm sitting still I get more done than if I'm hustling from place to place. Most of it is what I consider fun anyhow, some may call it work though ;)~ Wow/Holy hell!!!! I was thinking about using boredom as a tool like yesterday!!! Then you mention boredom in the video I'm watching today! An intuitive leap ;) or logical progression from something you said in another of your videos. Thanks Wenzes. Your videos have been incredibly enlightening :)

Amazing advice! This is the story of my life basically and I've never thought about it that way Interesting metaphor here is something that I've heard about financial management. You should be careful putting your money into things that will actually drag you down, like a car (with all the expenses), or even a house, and try as much as possible to put it into things that will bring you up instead, like investments.

Working less was a challenge… my solution; Here where I live, a working day of 8 hours is normal and 5 days a week, so 40 hours, 2 of which you build up as leave because our contract is for 38 hours. However, I easily came to 10 hours a day, so 50 hours, because I also just enjoy my work. But it was just too much, so I looked for a solution, I just couldn't work less in one day, so I did it differently. For me, the solution was to work structurally for 4 days of 9 hours = 36 hours + 2 hours of leave to reach the 38 contract hours. This construction is purely to keep the HRM department happy. On the days that I work, it is still regularly 10 hours, which makes 40 hours, so that is + 4 hours every week together with the occasional overtime in the evening and on the weekend, and I was able to regularly take a whole month off with those hours. And all that in addition to my vacation days. Not perfect, but a lot better to really take my rest on the days that I am free.

There is 2 things I love to live for The first is to find a way of doing something that is "not suppose to work" but works extremely well and is simpler than a traditional approach The second is to create a permanent form of abundance that demands little maintenance I have no motivation or interest in living in another way... I simply don't see the point
@laju6846
@laju6846 3 года назад
what do you mean with little maintenance? can you give an example? do you mean life hacks too?
@broadbandtogod
@broadbandtogod 3 года назад
@@laju6846 So many examples, don't even know where to begin, or which ones that would be most interesting... The only thing you really need to understand is this, some things takes seconds to do, but has a high effect: Nutrition and biohacking: Vitamin C has been seriously studied, but we haven't been applicating our findings. It's common knowledge that Vit C has the potential to be used as a tool by the cells to fight off disease. It is easy to overdose in large amounts without being harmful, but can have extreme health effects. In the early 1800-1900s they did cancer research and found that injecting especially Vit C, reduced or even removed some of them. I haven't heard a freakin beep about that in mainstream science. Because there is no money to be had, so go figure. Now, I'm not a doctor so no injections for me, but orally works just fine for an average everyday life. Oh, by the way, it is also common knowledge that we don't store water-soluble vitamins to a large degree in the body, which is true. But we do save some, and in which organ does Vit C gets stored mostly? In the lungs! Common cold in cold temperatures, temperature in the nose goes down, ergo bad bacteria sooner or later takes over, and you get respiratory issues? It is no wonder the lungs is the place where the body stores Vit C. Btw, I haven't had a cold since I start to overdose Vit C, and it's been years! There's been cases of rapid healing, again through injection of different Vitamins, like B and D. The naysayers will of course go ham and b*tch, but I don't care, it works, people want to remain ignorant and not do their research on well established sport-injury cases where it has abundantly scientific evidence of potent effect. Magnesium is something cardiologists in Japan uses to a great extent in their patients, in fact to such a degree, that they refuse to operate if they are not allowed to distribute magnesium pre-during-post treatment. Magnesium is something a modern human on average gets 20-25 % rdi. It is muscle relaxent and is involved in 400 cellular processes, in this case regaring medical treatment it helps preventing blood-clots. Any news about this in west media? Very little. What people do not understand is though, is that some minerals is best absorbed by the skin and not orally. Being muscle relaxent, you get diarreah. So historically, we got it not by eating, but by drinking. The brand "Ancient Minerals" fits this bill nicely. Spray it on the skin, get more than 100% rdi. People are stressed today, more than ever, and every single one of them is lacking magnesium! Go figure. Low maintenance, high effect. Having issues healing tissue from diabetes? I had a severe skin issue due from working in a resturant, non-diabetic. It got to a point where my skin fell of, looked like leprosy, had it for 6 months and nearly quit my restaurant job. Washing hands every 30 minutes, no vitamin A in the diet and eating too much sugar took it's toll. But I had no idea, I didn't heal, and the doctors told me to take a strong cortisone salve. Did it for 2 weeks, didn't do jack. One thing helped: a modified version of breathing that to Wim Hof. I did this own modified breathing technique for 10-12 hours one week, +90% healed. 6 months, no results, one week, almost restored. True, it was alot of work, so high maintenance during that time, but in the long run, it was like 0,0001% of time worked compared to being sick. Hack: Take a Vit C tablet in water = 10 000 % of rdi = done Vit B can be consumed as a tablet = 400 % (from vegan sources) on average = done Vit D, sunlight, fish or chicken +200 grams = done Ancient Mineral spray = full magnesium rdi I also eat algaes and Celtic Seasalt for even higher nutritional value Wim Hof, yes I modified it but it works nonetheless Did you know that the healthiest food on the planet is liver? Here is a link, check the vitamin and mineral content, it's a swedish homepage but you'll be able to read most of it (beef), check the % further down, and compare that to broccoli which is the second link, which people say is a "SUPERFOOD": matkalkyl.se/se-notleverra.php matkalkyl.se/se-broccoli.php Work: If you have 4 apartments and renting them out to 4 people you can trust, you can easily get a full monthly salary without doing any/little work per monthly basis, FOREVER, even when you get your pension! It's a steady income, no risk of failing like stocks or other options. Compare that to working almost minimum wage at a restaurant for 6 years like I did. There is no comparison. High yield, low maintenance. My first job was at a lumbermill. In the winters, it got to -20 degrees celsius, some/most of the work were outside. So what? Work or go home. Some of the older guys who had been working there for +30-40 years had lost some of their fingers due to machine injuries. They had shoulder and backpains because of heavy lifting... I know since I worked as a massagetherapist after hours at the same workplace. Compare that to the lady who did bookkeeping, inside with a nice chair, ac, better salary and little to no physical risk of injury. High yield, little maintenance. I'm actually studying bookkeeping now because of that realization. Hack: Renting out assets, almost no work for medium income. Desk job (you actually want to get to the gym because sitting everyday, running 10+ hours gets the opposite effect), higher pay, gradually close in to what you really like instead. Bookkeeping in particular makes it so that you can start any company, hire anyone, and sell whatever you find of good worth, and you get a salary, and the profit! You can even hire a CEO. Relationships: Mbti has changed my life. It's a one system fits all, it's both general and specific, and often so accurate that when you talk to people, they don't "feel" their type in a conversation because it's scary when someone tells you who you are to a degree that you almost get called out on your whole being. I've been there so many times I can't even count them anymore. True, it's only one layer of understanding a person, but it is THE best foundation to stand on understanding anyone in the shortest amount of time. Hack: Mbti (I like this channel and DaveSuperpowers) Now, I could go on about gaming speedrun tactics, bodyweight training for longevity, the importance of UV Sunlight exposure/reducing bluelight exposure, earthing, lchf, memorization skills/techniques, values, critical thinking... so many subjects that saves you time, energy, and which all demands low maintenance, low time and yields high effect. I believe having fun is the least appreciated biohack of all time. I know of several cases where patients where dying, took a weekend to laugh their ass of by their means of choise, and came back to the doctor, healthy. Like magic. Do western doctors prescribe this? Nope. That is the core thing I love Doing something unorthodox That eliminates 99% of all the other stupid stuff people do, but don't have too Knowing the game is 99% of the battle Peace
@laju6846
@laju6846 3 года назад
@@broadbandtogod ;-) that was quite an extensively answer thank you ;) I think biohacking is so interesting.. i already take some nutritional supplements.. i had a lack of vitamin d - it gave me much more energy after i got rid if it.. so yeah... That is all knowledge (does not get teached in schools) so reading about it makes a huge difference.. and its a form of motivation / organisation (improving compliance.. so taking your supplements every day).. you have to do it (SE)
