Believe you received the early version which were euro. They now come with adapters.

havent watched all of it....the old spec D's required repinning as the harness was pinned for the euro cars. wondering if these require that?

Judging from that long stud on back of taillight housing....those are marketed for euro fiestas. I would bet those can be wired differently for USDM.
