I need motivation! 1 like=one workout Edit- wow! I didn’t think I would get this much likes, I didn’t even check on it! I’ll update you guys Day 1- was not able to do the twist planks but everything else I got through. My stomach wasn’t really burning it was more like I was uncomfortable.

I can't imagine how strong you have to be to do this 7 minutes straight with no breaks and not a single struggle. Holly never one flinched in pain.

To look like her, ya gotta work your butt off. It takes determination & strong will power. I can do this if i set my mind to it. It takes up to 3 months to get abs i think.

Tho getting abs depends a lot of the body. sadly my body needs lot of work to get slim (I'm not over weight) cuz well it's just my bodytype...

It depends on your body fat percentage. For me it takes around 2 weeks for my abs to start coming

1- side abs (1 min) 2- balancing oblique crunches (left and right in 1 min) 3- single and reverse crunch (1 min) 4- twinsting star crunch (1 min) 5- front wood chopper (1 min) 6- sit up, 4 punches (1 min) 7- twisting jump plank (1 min) GOOD LUCK xx

Okay I absolutely need to get a body like yours no matter what. I've been trying to go to the beach this summer to look hot but it's really difficult because I need time to exercise as well so I can actually look hot at the beach.

I just wanna say thank you so much for providing these videos! I really want to get a toned stomach and these really help me. They also make me feel happier in general. After a few days of doing these workouts, I’ve noticed that my abs are becoming slightly more visible! :-)

Because of the hay fever season, I have moved my training back indoors more. That's when I discovered this workout. I especially loved the reverse crunch single leg and the last exercice was really insane. Big like!

Personally I've choose a video on each body part (arms, stomach, lower abs, butt, love handle, legs and inner thighs) and I'm doing them for almost two weeks. My body was fit even before this videos but they are helping my strength SM. I was using the "flat stomach workout(7 minutes)" before and now I'm switching to this insane one. It has become much easier now. So if you can't do this none stop intense workout, my recommendation for you is to go to her channel and choose another ab workout and do it till you are strong enough for this. BTW thank you Holly for these videos cuz they are helping me SM during quarantine to stay fit and strong and since I'm a dancer I can't risk losing them:)

gonna track it!! day 1~ i felt a burn and took aprox 1 or 2 breaks per exercise. i’m sweating a little lol! i kept in mind the abs i’ll have and i enjoyed it!! ✅ day 2~ ofc it was still tricky but i powered through and it was easier than yesterday. i looked forward to it & it gave me confidence in the day ✅ day 3~ super fun becoming much easier!! i’m also doing an arm workout & though workout ✅ day 4~ big traveling day so i missed one :( day 5~ i did it! going to try do it a second time to make up for yesterday ✅ (did it a second time!) day 6 ~ i did it twice today! might do it again! ✅ day 7 ~ i had to miss today 😕 day 8 ~ had to miss :( day 9 ~ had to miss again :(( day 10 ~ i did it x

Holly I dont know if you'll reply to this but I have been able to successfully complete every one of your videos without a break but this one is the most insane workout you've made. Once I got to the second workout I was done. I'll keep doing it until it gets easier but I applaud you on creating a routine that lives up to the title...Insane!!!

I'm going to try do this every day and update... begining waist approx 30inch Day 1 completed as best I can It s really hard... Day 2 done Day 3 done Day 4 didn t do it (i did a long bum workout - I am doing other workouts but not ab related) Day 5 - done (obviously no results yet) also did Holly's 11abs line workout :) Day 6 - done, my tummy looks a bit flatter. Btw I can't do a full sit up, I make some of the exercises a bit easier.. Day 7 - done Going to start eating less.. 'cos I eat too much chocolate.. and it's not helping.. Day 8 - done + Holly's 7 minute workout to burn belly fat

so... during this insane quarantine i have been working to make myself more fit and healthy in time for when we can see people again. I tried Chloe Ting workouts but i wasnt seeing results.... I am going to be doing this workout everyday along with the flat stomach workout. I will post results for every single day! Day 1: My abs are burning, and it was hard without a break in between, and the twisting jump plank was probably the hardest for me, but i got through the whole thing! day 2:

Hey there, Holly! I'm 16, female. Out of all the RU-vid channels that promote health and fitness, your channel has the easiest as well as the most effective workouts I've ever come across! I swear. You've become my favourite RU-vidr! So, there's a request I'd like to make and it's about thigh gap workouts. Omg at first I didn't notice that I was supposed to switch legs so basically I did one minute each and I survived I'm so proud. I don't think this ab workout is suitable for beginners cause I've been working my abs for months and this was still a hard workout. Loved it!

totally recommend, i always stop doing workout videos because i never usally see results, but when i tried holly's workout... my body felt lighter and the results were dramatic.THANK YOU SOO MUCH
