@@oxstorm644Ryousuke had to really change the tune from peak power & torque at 7000rpm to peak torque as low as possible for faster pull out of corners. Rotaries hate working below 4000rpm !

the 106 is definitely the best feeling car I ever drove. not that I drove many, but these old tiny cars are just so fun compared to even modern heavy hatchbacks
Magnificent video! And beautiful car! I wanted a yellow 106 Sport so badly, but now I found a silver one with AC, one owner and full service history. Love that car! It’s my third 106. I also have a 205 1.4 as a weekend toy. It’s even quicker due to its shorter gearing. But I don’t drive the old lady that hard anymore.

I have a '98 406 Coupe with the 2.0 engine, and I love to push it around the corners and do some pulls! For some reason those old Pugs are so slow, yet so exciting to drive! I'll never get rid of mine!
Thank you guy, for the changes, at that moment there was, plaquette feordo and disc Brembo on the brake caliper of origin, dump (rear seat and carpet) Bilstein B6, collector 4-1 stainless, muffler Stainless, dynamic admission , and bar anti raprochement. All this on original tires. Actually I mounted Oz in 15 inches to pass bigger brakes.

Hi, Really liked this video, and the sound that the car makes, could you tell us the configuration you did? it's wonderfull how 1.4 engine can handle despite being more weak, but I like it and there's no need to be a fully charged car, the way the car sounds and handles is quite good for me since I'm a casual driver.
It`s not the configuration .... it`s the car :-). The car is so fast with 75 hp. A lot of people are surprised because they do not have in mind how fast these little lights beasts from the 90s are still today / were. A light car does not need a big engine. For me, I will never never never ever give away my 106 for any money.... these beasts are so much fun to drive ...A neighbour of me still has such a Mini with less power (a "Mr. bean version ") but we have so much fun with it vs. modern SUV .... :-)
We had a 106 as students (90HP) and gave it away (*shame*), later I have been looking very long for a 106 S16 for al ong time ... In Mai was able to buy a 306XSI (121hp) and in June I gave up searching for a 106 S16 or 90HP and bought a 106, 60 HP, hfx.... Even if the 306 is faster, the 106 is funnier to drive ... the 60HP is not so much slower than this 75 HP. From my point of view, only the Fiat Uno, the Renault Clio or the VW Polo (G40) are compareable. This 106 is simply a great car!. I still hope that I will find a S16 or 1.6
Which one do you think is better as first car? Pug 206 1.1 or Pug 106 1.1, I'm not sure if these cars won't be small (I'm 180 cm tall).And I will drive mostly in city.

It is known that the Tu3 engine has weakness in the head gasket. But other than that he's very strong. For 1 year I did 4 mountain runs a week and had no worries 💪
106 1.4 75cv + green direct admission kit, sport exhaust line, catalyst with 200 cells and good reprograming of central unit, goes to 120 o 130 Cv. If you reduces 150 kg of weight, car can do 0 to 100 on 7 seconds.
