Nah the issue now is socmed. These kind of behaviors should not be encouraged at all in all socmed and the companies involved (in this case tikthot) should remove the video and ban the users. Unfortunately socmed companies don't do shit like this. Heard TikTok gonna ban soon so 👋👋

The craziest thing is that most McDonald's.When you tell them that they screwed something up, they usually give you the food for free that they already charge you for an additional sandwich and they usually let you take the incorrect one. Of course.That's if you treat them with respect

Exactly, see I make absolutely sure I try my best to be nice to employees in these places, but I know for myself they put up with more than enough, they try their best to be cool to me and others even though it's not easy at all. Their job sucks, and I honestly don't expect anyone their to be nice or care really because I get what they put up with.
It’s not just people in the fast food industry. I work as a barber and I’ve dealt with people who are just like her. I’ve had guys try to short change me on paying full service for a haircut and a shave and then there are people who try to say the haircut doesn’t look good and try to get a free cut even though everyone else including the manager say the haircut looks the same
I use to work at McDonald's and actually this is the easiest part of the job 🙃. I was 16 when I worked at McDonald's and I would rather deal with that than what actually was happening which was the older employees trying to touch and groom minors. I'm not talking about this McDonald's it was a different one
I worked for a snack vendor with a contract at one of the six flags parks.... the amount of people who would eat 3/4 of the big ass popcorn bags we made and would come back like "it's stale, we want a replacement" was ridiculous! If most of the bag was full, absolutely we will replace it! But a lot of the times, we denied replacements when over half the bag was eaten lol. Now sometimes, people would drop their bag and a bunch would fall onto the ground or something and many times even if we didn't see the mess we would just take their word for it and replace it because it's a better story than "we ate most of the bag and didn't like it so give us another one" lmao

I was the supervisor and I was like "trust me, you don't want him coming out here ESPECIALLY for this." I'm kind even to the jerks... its hot in south Texas, everyone is tired, kids are a pain, so okay.... maybe it's an off day. So I'm wayyyyy better to speak to than my manager was who would get rude, snarky, and over it lol I would also but only if a guest took it there. My manager would come out that way if you even managed to get him out because he was always all over the park helping to get lines done faster.... he didn't have time to deal with Karens and their empty popcorn bags lmao
The saddest part of stories like this is....what these people consider "clout" today....we used to call "making an ass of yourself". Sad that we have so many that crave attention SO BAD....that they don't care if that attention is positive OR negative... they'll take either as long as they're in the spotlight.

People always forget that little sentence that all businesses have access to. Management reserves the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason. Goes for fast food joints, airlines, theme parks, etc. Even Walmart. lol
She is breaking laws, fraud, larceny, being annoying (I made that one up). She drinks most of a coffee then lies to get a refund or more coffee. She's a petty crook.
She's a cluster B personality disordered woman for sure. they create problems and drama out of nothing, and then blame the victims for the abuse they caused themselves. It's pathethic. (I work in retail and I sometimes encounter these types of awful people. It's mental illness).
EVERYTHING! Everything is wrong with them. That's one major reason why there's a labor shortage in food services: dealing with looney tunes like this isn't worth it, esp. for the pay.
A regular and sane client will ask nicely and if they're wronged and the employees are rude, they'll contact corporate who will give them a refund. Most companies have a department for complaints. I did that once when a manager got rude with me for no reason and lashed out at her employees in front of everyone, I was disgusted. I mentioned in my complaint that she was verbally abusing her employees in front of me, I know that as an employee you're powerless against a manager like that. Last time I went there the employees were more relaxed, I think they might have switched her to another job or fired her.

I love the manager in the part about the iced coffee. She was cordial and smiled the entire time, and that’s the best way to deal with people like her. No fanfare to help her get more attention!
Obviously she doesn't realize she can be easily found and her videos are proof of her harassment and lies. She should be careful what she posts, internet sleuths will find her, just ask the "Karens" who have lost their jobs by being exposed. At least some bosses are diligent in making sure their employees or potential employees aren't red flags.
Its also slander (civil act) and attempt to defraud, (a criminal act). They can have her arrested and press charges for attempt to defraud, harassment and trespass.
She is doing this in order to illicit a negative response! She doesn’t care if it’s from a McDonald’s employee or the police. Her phony politeness after she gets a refund for a coffee that she already drank is so cringe because of how phony it is. She wants someone to sue! McDonald’s would be wise to identify this person and ban her from all stores. Otherwise they may end up paying her a lot of money for an employee beating the ever loving crap out of her. Because that’s what this is leading up to and she knows it!
I worked at a Taco Bell drive-thru about 20 years ago, and every once in a while there'd be some douche-canoe who'd say something like "You guys messed up my order last time.... so now I don't trust you." That's fair. "So you give me the food, and _THEN_ I'll give you the money." No, that makes no damn sense. If we mess up the order -- _and we did that often_ -- then we'll try to fix it. But I guarantee you that the entire Taco Bell building isn't going to drive off after you give us the money. That makes no sense. Giving us the money first is a very safe bet, because we aren't going to drive the entire building off of its foundation and down the street to avoid giving you 34¢ of product. No, what they want to do is get the food, and then drive off without paying. It's painfully obvious, and it's a jackass move to get some dumbass high-school kid -- _ME_ -- in trouble or fired because you're an angry, petty a-hole.
Two of my kids worked at McDonald's back in the 90's. They would tell me of people who would eat half or even more of a sandwich and bring it up to the counter and claim something was wrong with it....Just a scam to get a sandwich and a half for the price of one.

The Audacity of This Woman To just go into a Fast Food Place and act like she’s 10 no I take that back I have a 11 year old granddaughter who doesn’t act like this!! Hey I get it I order and when I get it almost every thing is wrong and that pisses me off! You do it the right way cause acting stupid isn’t going to work! It’s about time law enforcement is getting involved. I’ve seen tons of her videos. She’s pathetic! She should be ordered to pay a fine for wasted food and beverages,and whatever else, and should have to work at fast food restaurants as her community service part of her punishment, plus a few months in jail.
I can't imagine risking going behind bars for trying to steal a burger and a few dollars, if you're driving a car doing this you can afford the burger. These types either ate the burger or never bought it in the first place, this is bum behavior. When you work customer service you get warned about these people and you get told to call the cops if they show up. I had one idiot who dressed up like a construction worker asking me to let him borrow 20$ "for parking" from the cash register and got an attitude, I called security. That was an ongoing scam and some employees fell for it, that ain't my money to lend. Always put the change next to the money they give you before putting it in the cash register, I had one client yell at me that money was missing and I held up the money he gave me to shut him down, he started laughing and did a 180. You need to be confident and raise your voice a little otherwise they will try to yell and bully you into doubting yourself. People will really try anything.
She wasn't technically recording in public. She was inside a private business. They have every right to tell her to stop recording. They can also refuse to serve her, and trespass her from future visits. They can stop playing her stupid game at anytime they want.

Yes, because they asked her to leave the property and she refused. So you call the cops to have her trespassed. If they refuse to leave when the cops ask, they get arrested for criminal trespassing.

Has anyone ever got a hot burger from McDonald's? I haven't. That's why I haven't been to McDonald's in years. I did ask for a replacement at a Wendy's once. I ordered a single with everything. It came with everything but not the burger. They made me a burger with a burger in it and apologized repeatedly. They gave me free fries too.

I saw one of her videos where she tried to return clothes, she had stolen, for a cash refund. They denied her a refund. Lejera Payton had a RU-vid channel and TikTok account which are no longer on RU-vid or TikTok. I believe she wound up homeless as she descended into her mental health issues. On the upside she is no longer creating her horrible content.
She definitely has not had a fast food job. i appreciate all of y'all that work in fast food i understand it can be frustrating especially with some customers but keep your head up and keep going and keep standing high!

A number of years ago, I was in the drive-thru line at Captain Ds on Gordon Highway in Augusta, GA. I could hear the 'customer' in the vehicle in front of me asking about the price for the different sides for whatever meal she was ordering, even though the price was the same regardless of which sides were selected. When I FINALLY got to the window to receive my order, the cashier spoke about how exasperated she was dealing with that IMBECILE.
Idiot: "My McDouble is code. Can you replace it?" Employee: "I'm sorry, ma'am, our products are not in code. Sounds like you need to talk to a cell phone company."
This woman is the EXACT reason everyone sighs when a black woman comes in as a customer. 9 times out of 10 , it’s going to be a horrible nightmare. Prove me wrong .
