Although toronto was 1st place in both conference(or behind rockets) and number 1 defensive team 2018 boston that year it was definitely weaker than West with Spurs Warriors Rockets Okc and blazers(although I believe cavs can defeat okc and blazers in 6 games and probably hard time against spurs) but between 2006-2013 when lebron was first competing in the playoffs, it was different.
