These are some of the greatest dunks in NBA playoff history but they get increasingly more legendary as the video goes on! Business Inquiries: mcosh3@gmail.com
People forget that Paul George is another big what if at the time as DROSE. PG got injured around the same time as DROSE and never came back the same again. He's still playing well but we missed out on what could've been with him. That dunk on Birdman, along with Scottie Pippen's dunk on Ewing will forever be my playoff favorites. Those were vicious dunks filled with some payback behind them. Both players they dunked on were talking shit prior to the game starting.
Pippen low key has the most disrespectful step over of all time. People talk about AIs on Lue but Pip literally dunked on Ewing, pushed him down and walked over his head while staring at him, then went and told Spike Lee to sit his ass down 😂😂😂😂😂
I'll never forgive Ewing's teammates for not paying that back. The last guy on the Knicks bench should have been coming for Pip's head after stepping over him
No local commentators that can vary (or be unenthusiastic if on the receiving end), just guys like Marv and Harlan at the absolute pinnacle of the craft
He was doing that stuff as an old man by NBA standards, Manu’s truly one of the most underrated players of all time in my opinion. The rings, the gold medal, the fact he got drafted so late… can’t believe people say he didn’t deserve to be a first ballot Hall of Famer.
@@franzreyes846 Injuries are part of the game. Giannis hyperextended his knee and instead of being out for a month he was back after a few days, having one of the most amazing final series ever. However, playing the hypothetical game, yes, Bucks could still get past the Nets. KD was out of this world, but having the ball at every single possession was what kept him in rhythm. And don't forget that Nets defense was better without Kyrie and Harden. But yeah, Nets might have been able to take the series, the thing is though that this didn't happen and this team failed miserably, with or without injuries.
I started watching basketball around 2013 and that Paul George dunk was one of the first poster dunks I've ever seen live. I'll never forget that dunk, one of the best.
I was in basic training with no tv or cell phones back then. My brother WROTE me about Baron’s dunk. At the time, it was the best he’d ever seen in real time. I couldn’t believe that GSW upset Dallas (#1 seed) that year, which my brother also told me about. 6:26
I'm from the 80's and 90's. Everyone knows from that time that Kemp was the most savage. There are some we didn't see here, and that I cannot find on the web that are so spectacular, it's hard to describe the thrill.
Yah it was too bad his last season was the 20-21' season where commentating was weird and his age started to catch up to him. A legendary commentator for sure
I knew Scottie would be on top of this list. The Knicks vs the Bulls was as much of a classic as the battles against the Pistons. Pippen shoving Ewing down, stepping over him and he went to Spike Lee to tell him to sit yo ass down. The intensity is unmatched
That Nets announcer I wanna say Ian Eagle is his name goated with the little on the fly phrases 🤣 Kawhilight is fire, and then later in the video he hits us with the Ja-Breaker💀
Your channel makes great compilation videos! I love how you let the audio trail from the previous clip into the next. Great highlight selections, masterfully done, thank you! 🙏
I was in the building for the Baron Davis one. They had a decibel measure on the basket and it read over 100 which is the equivalent of standing next to a jet engine when it takes off. So loud I would plug my ears some times.
@@dmtc6913 haha yeah man. That's a great experiment... hard to think of a better one. Him and Payton were so good man, some of those Kemp alley oops... Glad I lived through that era
Westbrook 100% fan but mannnn that Jr. Smith game I wasn't suppose to watch and I somehow started watching it. Boyyy that dunk will forever be legendary
What Giannis did in the 2021 Finals WILL be remembered as one of the greatest individual performances. Playing on a hyperextended knee, nearly had a 20-20 game in his Finals debut, then had back-to-back 40 point-10 rebound games, joining Shaq as the only two players to do so in the Finals, then he has an iconic clutch block in a crucial Game 4, then this alley-oop to help clinch Game 5, then 50 points to close the Finals out. The Greek God of Basketball saved his best for the biggest stage.
Love the Baron Davis dunk over AK-47 Andrei Kirilenko, but what really puts it over the top, even more so than the deafening crowd of Oracle Arena, is the Dre and Snoop 'Next Episode' music that comes on. Perfection.
0:15 Giannis only needed one dribble to get from his opponents three point line to dunk the ball. He might be the only person EVER capable of doing this in a game, absurd
I still can't believe that Giannis landed on his feet on the 7:15 one let alone actually throwing it down. CP3 hacked tf out of him, legit could've been so scary if he didn't catch himself like that. Not even trying to hate on CP3 either he was just trying to save the game, just pointing out how poorly that couldve gone if Giannis wasn't such a freak athlete.
Most iconic in my opinion, Kobe to Shaq, Pippen over Ewing and #1 has to be Kemp with the dunk and point after 💀 so cold blooded, such a clean dunk and it was just so iconic
