@@metalsadman load managing or not his body cant keep up anymore its just sucks we are not seeing his greatness at the playoffs anymore cuz he played like a MVP this season hes a MVP at one point this season this is his 2nd best invidual season on his career. (its not his fault still f zaza for that) meanwhile PG13 smh……
@@Sparkyxicy As a basketball fan in general, its frankly embarrassing when voters are this stupid. Sounds like you have a dislike for Luka, it doesn't pay to hate, appreciate the game as a whole.
@@nickbouwman771most people usually get paid on the first and fifteenth, so he’s saying no matter what the backlash might be from him saying it, he’s still getting paid 💰, so aka, he don’t give a rats butt
@@dylangallagher143 why would Karl Malone be at chucks house the first and fifteenth? Do you think Karl Malone was the first person with the name mailman? That started from actual mailmen.
They need to do a "Last Dance" kind of thing for Inside the NBA. I know they had their 30 year doc, but man, all access to them for a whole year would be amazing! Also, they just need to go independent. Forget NBC and Amazon, do an Inside the NBA pod. It would make so much money Amazon and NBC would cry over no viewership after paying all that money.
@@oeldave I'm not talking about the MVP ladder. I'm talking about the votes. Whoever finished top 5 in MVP voting should be automatically 1st team All NBA now with no position restrictions
JJ Redick shared his votes and he said that his All-NBA are gonna be different from MVP voting. He said that the 2 awards have slightly different values to him - Tatum being the best player in the best team deserves a place on All-NBA, but doesn't get the MVP votes just because of how good his team is.
@@truepatriot2093 MVP top 5 means the best 5 players in the league in the regular season. Now that All NBA doesn't require positions, it makes sense the same top 5 being 1st team.
@@jnealmreasports1 Yeah you could look at it like that. Or you could also look at it as Tobias Harris and Nico Batum go injured and missed games at the same time as Embiid... Oubre had to miss games too through injuries, kid had to play through injuries and illness because the team had no players/guards available. His starting centres were 6'8 Paul Reed and Mo Bamba.
All star is only 2/3 the season and fans/coaches/media impact voting. All NBA is cumulative without fan voting. That's the only explanation for disparities. And a few bad voters.
Giannis and Luka not being unanimous is insane. Shouldn't be any debate over them being first team, but at least the right people made it with potential exception of Jalen Brunson over Tatum
They said it was positionless this year, but it still sort of ended up like that until the 3rd team which had like 3 Guards. But 1st team and 2nd team certainly happened to have 2 guards, 2 forwards 1 center
I wonder why they stop at only 3 all NBA teams. Just keep going until you include all the players. Everyone needs a trophy. Why stop at the 6th man of the year? Why not go all the down to 12th man? Boy, this preoccupation with making sure everyone gets a cookie is so silly.
People must not research and only listen to narrative. Leonard had a great overall year, played 68 games and his team was the 4th seed. His splits were 23.7/6.1/3.6 on 52.5/41.7/88.5. Btw besides this year and the bubble year, LBJ has missed 25 or more games since coming to LA. Curious 🤔
@dparks2856 curry missed play-offs and made 3rd team. Matter of fact fox knocked curry out of the play in. Also averaged more points, more rebounds, more assists, Led the league in steals. Curry a legend of the game but if it wasn't for his Status as one of the greatest of all time he would of never been picked over fox.
kings fan here. he had such a flat season, and had an attitude problem midway through. he didn't deserve the spot. it's crazy to me that people think he did and that sabonis didn't.
Kawhi actually had a very good season and played a lot of games, just got injured for the playoffs. His spot is deserved, Haliburton is the one shouldn't have make it.
@@irvingzeistman9828 We just saw AD go toe to toe with Jokic. Jokic was better, but AD looked like a top-5 player. AD had better stats and better record this season than Sabonis.
@@penkima4923 my point was those clowns underachieve when it matters Their window's closing and closing FAST! The NBA's future is safe in the hands of these young dawgs who want to be and beat the best Not team up with the best
@@The7Hokage absolutely A top ten player in AD who's all defensive first team and finished top five in blocks and rebound and played the most games in a season he's played in years and they didn't even crack 50 wins Total underachievement But hey at least they won that garbage play in tournament 😂
LeBron's greatest argument for being best player ever is the 20 straight all NBA selections. That is absolutely insane. There are only 15 slots every year (3 teams) for roughly 450 players. That type of consistency is unheard of in any pro sport.
Did you watch the season? Lebron only played 3 more games than Kawhi and Kawhi actually played both ends of the court with far greater efficiency. Lebron has been paying people to prop him up for years.
