$11 million really isn't expensive compared to most Laguna houses. He's a billionaire who donates ALOT of his earnings. He deserves to spend as much as he wants he's definitely earned it.
For one of the riches people in the world, and Laguna Beach, CA ... That house is pretty "simple" and rather "inexpensive" (in comparison to what you could do in Laguna Beach with his kind of money...)
Wait what?! Warren hid this one from us. I thought he was supposed to be super frugal and only has his house in Omaha. Didn't know he had vacation properties.
lmao! Per the CPI $150,000 in 1971 is equivalent to $920,000 today, however the home is now worth $11 million so the real estate has appreciated 1200% the rate of inflation!!
11 million isn't much for someone like him . If someone to buy and get a return like he did just remember you still have to come to with the money for the taxes .
Warren Buffet who is established as an Investor, has a very beautiful house to his name, if you want to check the interiors of the house then you should click the link here www.velvetropes.com/backstage/warren-buffett-house/.
Who cares what he lives in or where. He doesn’t put food on my table and more than likely costs me more money in the real world along with the federal government. The ingredients for a loaf of bread costs 25 cents but we pay 2.50 for a loaf. Why? The government needs a piece of the action. Figure it out.
Sir Warren, I lived in Laguna Beach for Four years. 1979-1983. No doubt in my mind Laguna Beach is one of the best places to live in America. I always think about it. Great memories. I would very much like to live there again. It would be a great place to set up shop. VAV Visions And Ventures. A company of many businesses that I have created in my mind. Now I need an investor and maybe we can have a partnership. I sent you a letter about this and a Holidays greeting card. I can and will bless you more than being the first Billionaire. What do you say.
