It looks like you need to pay special attention to how many and where each body washer goes, especially if they are different widths too. Maybe some waxed dental floss and rubber/silicone grease on the rubber molding to get that back together…I’ll give it a go with all that in mind. Appreciate the insightful vid!

All the washers were the same thickness just watch how many are at each screw ( if you have any). Good luck and thanks for watching!

So base model stingray without z51 package vents aren’t functional so adding this will make them functional and help prevent overheating?

On non Z51 models only the left side vent is functional, adding the Z51 quarter vents will NOT make the right side functional.

I live near Chicago, so I think you could find someone closer to do the work saving you the time effort and expense of coming to me.

What about that plastic deflector under the orugional vent

The plastic deflector on the right side must be reinstalled just like it was before removing it. Install the new intake then the deflector then the nuts to secure it. Thanks for watching!
