Thank you for the tutorial! It’s astounding that Porsche does not have grills from the factory. I wonder how many thousands of dollars they’ve made from replacing radiators on these cars.
Thank you! Just put it on my CGTS 4.0, scratched the top part on top right 🫠 because I didn’t tape it far enough, but fits pretty well overall besides the bottom two
This video helped a lot, thank you. Anyone looking for tips a 90 degree precision pick wrapped in tape (like the 4 set guys you can buy) is just the width of the clip and makes the center grille and the two smaller ones way easier. The finer point of my awl was starting to scratch a clip and not enough leverage. The upper sides were the only ones that just 'popped in' for me.
The lower side one, which is the smallest piece is very hard to clip on. I find it easier to deal with the clipping if I apply some pressure to bend the hook downward before pushing it into the hole.
Howdy sir how long would you say it took you to get these all installed? Seems pretty quick since you have given us the leg work of figuring out the best ways to install them!
I bought front grilles from this company for my 981 PDK (with parking sensors). The top grilles were impossible to fit either side, so I have returned them for refund.
