I have a regular Veloster not the N, no extender. What do I attach black fuel line to?

Did you run the obd2 cord thru the grommet or just the hole where the grommet was? What did you use to plug it back up?

What I'm wondering is can I run Map 2 on stock? With just an Injen Intake? Do I need an upgraded HPFP to run anything beyond stock? I have the MX45 HKS sparkplugs and the PNP fuel wire. So am I good with just that?

Is there an easy way to distinguish the difference between the boost sensor wire and the other wire that looks similar to it?

Did you not put it on a dyno to tune it? I am getting it to tune my intake, blow off vavle, Inlet Adaptor, snorkel, and downpipe. It claims to be able to increase a stock engine to an extra 100hp and 100tq, I'm gonna find out in a few days when I take it to the shop and put it on the dyno

The fuel control wire goes on the BLACK wire in position 2 for 2.0t N cars.

Hey boss, your fuel adaptor is pinned on the wrong wire. You need to tap into the black wire pin position 2. If you look at page 10 on the instructions it says it in the last paragraph. The red wire is for the 3.3L.

Do you need Bluetooth option or data cable to change tunes? Bluetooth option is over $100 and PC data cable, not sure how well that software works. I had jb4 for my gti a few years ago and I think I remember the jb4 box having a button on it that allows you to change maps. Is the jb4 for the VN the same?

I see that the fuel wire came with yours, mine didn’t come with one and I purchased the wireless connect kit. I didn’t even get any decals. Did yours come automatically with it or did you order that separately?

Mine did not come with the fuel adapter/extender for the fuel line to tap into. I do not want to tap into the factory wire. Does anyone know where I can get this or should I contact JB4

I know that one does not do modifications to save gas a road trip..So you are telling me that once I am running this set up, I can just unplug, take it out put it in my house, in order to save gas on a road trip without any problems, or re-tuning back to normal car settings??? My car just mechanically goes back to normal??

i know this is really late and you prob dont run this anymore, but you put the fuel wire on wrong. according to the fuel wire adaptor description, for 2L you should have tapped the black wire in the #2 position. Heres the excerpt from the burgertuning store page: Kia/Hyundai JB4 PNP Fuel Wire Adapter This plug and play quick install adapter allows you to install a posi-tap for fuel control tuning without piercing the factory o2 sensor wiring providing a completely reversible connection. For 3.3L models the signal wire is red for easy identification. For 2L models the signal wire is the black wire on position #2. For 1.6L models it can be either depending on the model year and ECU software.

Idk how the hell you got it through there. Mine won't fit. I think the 2020 PP has a smaller ccess hole. The connector won't fit.

Isnt the fuel wire supose to connect pin2 on adaptee when 4 cylinder. The red is for 6 cylinder ?

What plugs did you end up going with?

On their site it jumps back and forth between posi tapping the Red or Black wire on 3 different occasions. First it says to tap into the Black #2, then right underneath it says Red, followed by your video tapping into Red as well. Upon asking burgers "chat" I was told to tap the Black #2, but then was also told to email them bc tech wasn't in chat. 🙄. Soon I will get to the bottom of this. Just think about all these people who hooked one of these adapters up and think it's the right way but it's not. Unbelievable

What do those spark plugs do better than the stocks do? the stocks are good already.. legit question plus one more. After installation of JB4, can you feel more hp pulling? Am I breaking 300 at all? I have no other mods besides deletes.

do you need the fuel injector ? im going to install my brothers jb4 from his 1.6T k5 to my Elantra N and it doesn’t have the fuel injector adapter.

just a heads up, cap off the small filter on the intake pipe, thats creating a big leak.
