எனக்கு ஒரு வாரமாக இடுப்பு வலி இருந்தது டச் தெரபி எடுத்து ஒரு வாரம் ரெஸ்ட்ல இருந்தேன் இடுப்பு வலி போய் உடம்பு முழுக்க வலிக்கிறது ரெண்டு தோல்பட்டை, இரண்டு தொடை ரொம்ப வலிக்கிறது. நடக்க சிரமமாக இருக்கு. வலது கை தூக்க முடியல. ரொம்ப நேரம் உட்கார முடியல. இப்போ இந்த பயற்சி செய்து முடித்தவுடன் படுக்கணும் போல தோணுது. நாள் முழுக்க படுத்து இருக்க தோணுது. என்ன செய்வது மேம்
