Ok this is really simple!
1. Bent arms 90deg!
2. Walk to shoulder height bar!
3. Swing forward at 45 deg angle - straight line from shoulder to ankle.
4. As soon as you move back, KICK KNEES FAST AND HARD TOWARD YOUR CHEST!
5. Pull up high and AIM YOUR CHEST OVER THE BAR THEN DIP UP! That’s it! You did it!
