Hey Saibov, THANK YOU so much for this tutorial, I was a longtime follower on IG and just rediscovered you had a RU-vid page. I tried the slow mucleup today for the first time (with false grip, not overhand/pseudo) and was able complete it on my first attempt thanks to your pointers. Keep up the great content, your insight on learning skills is really unique, compared to some other channels. Hope you continue to post these informative videos for the community. Much respect and love! ✌🏻
Been watching muscle up videos daily for the last month (when I started to my journey to learn a muscle up) - mostly just to stay motivated - and this is the best video around. Got me excited! I love how you break it down into these smaller movements. It just makes so much more sense than the standard advice to "pull harder and keep doing it until you get it"! Thanks a ton for this video! I wrote down everything on a scratch pad and will be taking these directions to the park every night. Sub'd!
i like the way you explain every excersice bro, its like you're thinking on every person level, some people just think everybody its the same, i used to do those exercises by myself years ago and i was sure it was the correct way to train muscle up, nice to see you trained like that! i was not wrong at all, ps: people must know that this is a very rough training for elbows and wrists, dont do these exercises without doing anything easier before
Will try these today or tomorrow, I want my slow muscle up to become as good as yours. Edit: Thanks btw for your insight, you calisthenic veterans are the ones to make the newer generation great 🤙
I do these too often and it works. You have a small channel but these tips are extremely invaluable. Many people aim to achieve the MU or think they have achieved it but their form is often laughable. Athletes who have cleaned it up know the real pains and trainings one must put oneself through in order to earn the strict MU. By the way, heed this man's word because his form is one of the best I have ever seen. The tips are 100% legit too. And also you speak English really well for a non-native speaker! Nothing but respect for you my guy, keep up the awesome work.
one of the most underrated guys on the internet... This dude even answers my emails.. I mean most of you-tubers dont give a Fuk., he has a specific personality but so do I ,. thats why he is my fav. calisthenics athlete, Big respect and keep up the great videos man.
Thank you so much ! I was beginning to lose hope for the slow MU because I can't do the false grip without an excessive pain. You're the only guy that I saw doing it with an overhand grip !!! So now I know it's not impossible. I will try your progression and I'm sure I'll get it this summer. Thank you again 👍
Thanks bro. Breaks the transition down. Pretty sure I'll achieve it the next few weeks with that tutorial. Always wanted to avoid the kipping and do my first one clean or never. That will help me out.
Lmao blowing air on the hands 9:23 😂 awesome tutorials bro, you explain things really well and I like that you emphasize certain things are different for every person. Keep up the good work I enjoy your videos and you seem like a really good dude 😎👍
I like the way you teach us like kids and talk slowly .. Because thats what we really want not some tutorials like ure expert. Thats why they are called tutorials
Thanks Sabov.10/10. I am doing slow dip as seen in your video. Is it correct you mentioned to keep yuopur elbow intake to body and not wide open. Thanks
Hey bro love your work! Could you do russian dip and back lever tutorials? I can do these moves already but I'm sure there's more I could be doing better.
I'm 6ft tall, so I have my work cut out for me. I'm training with the goal to get on your level no matter how unlikely it may be. The tricep strength required here is CRAZY!!! Why didn't you warn us? 😂
Saibov you are the master and the reference of Slow Mu I follow you in Instagram and nice to see you too in RU-vid )🙌 I'm 43 years old 4 years training Calisthenics and finally I got the slow Mu with over grip after started training the impossible dips, but because a tendinitis I lost it ( would you recommend me start training again Impossible dips? The impossible dips could be an essential exercise to strengthen the wrists and triceps?or can I save the stress on my elbows and just follow your tips in this video? Than you!
Impossible dips would not be a necessary exercise for the wrist and triceps strength but it would be a good accessory to strengthen those! Congrats on the progress btw!
@@saibov thanks for answering. Unfortunately the tendonitis in my elbows persists and the pain is too intense doing SlowMu and I don't enjoy training.Maybe I should stop for 2-3 weeks and then restart again conditioning the tendons correctly and slowly from 0 with basics reps and your progressions. what do you think?stop 2-3 weeks should be enough? Not the best situation when the slowMu is your favorite exercise true?😅
What's up Saibov?Question-for the first exercise where you pull up as high as possible and then pull your elbows up,how do you build the strength to pull the elbows up?Right now it feels absolutely impossible... thank you very much
