And you should definitely try the Insta pot pork marsala, it’s really delicious. I know it’s doomsday, but if you can get to the store and get some pork tenderloin and some marsala wine I think you’re in luck it’ll make doomsday a lot more tastier lol 😂 thanks so much Again ! ~Jason

Okay, I finally got an Instant Pot on Thursday. I am in love with it! First I made hard cooked eggs, then I cooked some plain chicken breasts from frozen. Those were just tests. Today was my first full meal cooked in the pot and your Pork Marsala was it! It was awesome! My husband loves it, my daughter loves it, and so does my Goldendoodle. :) I liked it, the meat was so tender, but I am thinking I am not crazy about the prosciutto. Other than that, it was awesome to have dinner done so fast and so delicious with everyone's approval. The first recipe of yours I came across was your ribs but I wasn't brave enough for that yet. Hubby saw that one and wants me to try it next, so maybe this weekend. I have subscribed and look forward to more of your recipes! :) Thanks for a great one!
