We have used your recipes ever since we got our instant pot. THANK YOU! We made some of this tonight. SO GOOD. Literally everything you do makes us smile. We love your videos - hope all is well! keep cooking & keep it up!!!!
I am going to try this for tonight’s dinner. Watching this for the third time for as much instruction as possible. Wish you were by my side because I have little faith of my success! Hope I can post again of good results! ❤
Just got an Instant Pot for Mother's Day. This was my second meal cooked in it & OMG!! This is amazing & so delicious! My husband & kids are a bit on the picky side with food, but they devoured this dish. Thanks for all of your recipes, Jeff! Can't wait to try another one.
I made this last week and it was delicious, even on repeated meals. You see, I'm like so many who are WFH, so I don't get out much these days. I'm no spring chicken. Presently I can't remember the last time I had company. But, I'm OK. Nothing has changed economically. I like not having to go to the office. I'm loving these dogs. I was thinking about you. Food has changed because of COVID-19. Food elitism is gone. People don't want to fuss over recipes that require exotic, expensive ingredients and take hours to prepare. Here's where you come in. You've been doing this all along. I would think that you've had to make very few, if any, changes to your channel. All you need is your talent, and a way to get to the grocery store. (Plus, obviously, the technical and editing skills.) I pre-ordered your book and am looking at it now. I don't know how you did it, but it appears you are prescient. Here you are, with a successful channel, great videos, and a new book. During this tragedy, you can give us what we want: Fast and delicious comfort food, with an upbeat and positive presentation. Thank you. C from Big D BTW, I finally know exactly where to find Boursin in my Kroger.
I'm in DFW too and I've found very few people know what Boursin is. It appears to "move around" departments depending on which Kroger you go to! ;) Stay well Neighbor!!
Calvin...We have found it's GREAT for repeat meals as well. I make this on the weekend and its GREAT for dinner throughout the week. When we go back to the office this will be one of my go to work lunches.
I don't really cook inside, just watched this video, gave me a craving to try my instant pot, I had to repeat every step, but in the end it turned the same and WOW! I'm amazed! thanks for sharing the video!
My 91yr. old Dad just loves this recipe! It's an easy, delicious comforting meal. Goes great with green beans & carrots! We used whole grain pasta to make it a little more healthy. Thanks for sharing! Roll Tidings to you & Richard!
Absolutely Fabulous! You hit it out of the park with this one Jeffrey, So GOOD!! I actually have truffle oil from a festival we went to where this lady put some on a herb cracker and before we knew it we've spent $ on oil we have no idea what to do with. Oh Wow! Now I know!!! Only thing I'm curious on is the shells turned out a little al dente. Next time I think I'll go 2 min longer. We're about 1,000 feet above see level higher than New York. Wondering if it makes that big of a difference. Anyways, thank you so much. Man what a delicious dish. Lookin forward to makin your gumbo in a couple of days :)
Looks terrific! You better start working on your next cookbook! Since the cookbook is laid out so nicely, I gave to my husband and him indicate which recipes he would like to see me make. Since there is a picture of the finished dish, it was easy.
Jeffery, you hit another one outta da park here! Homerun! Made this and actually liked it better than the regular beef stroganoff. I always use cream cheese, not big on the Boursin cheese taste. Will definitely make this again. Picky husband ate seconds. That’s huge.
Thank you Jeffery! Making this with my five-year-old daughter for my Mother’s Day meal! There are lots of really wonderful instant pot RU-vid channels that try to make it super-easy but they miss out on the flavor. I’m very grateful for your channel- you add so much flavor and fun to your videos but the recipes are so easy to follow! You’ve made a believer out of me and I love using my instant pot because of YOU!
This looks great! I am not able to find the recipe on the website. Anyone else having problems getting the recipe? Getting Error Not Found. Glad I received my cookbook. Thanks Jeffrey!! WORKS NOW!!!! AWESOME!!!
I know this isn't the right place. A snafu in my account when my preorder was ready to ship so I had to wait until payday and repurchase. Took a long time. BLOWN AWAY!!!!!!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!
I Just cooked this for my co-workers at my office, They were happy with it, and said it tasted great. My local grocery store didn't have borson so I used the Philadelphia cream cheese, and I ended up with large shells instead of medium. Thank you Jeffery
This recipe is excellent!! I’ve made this for friends & family & everybody loves it. Thank you, Jeffery you are SUPER!!! I really don’t like sharing this recipe but I will if asked but I always give you the credit for this delicious creation. 😊
So good! It's hard to refrain myself from having a second bowl whenever I make this. It works well with egg noodles which cook the same as the shells. Not that this recipe need any changes, I'm a big fan of your Hungarian Goulash recipe so I added caraway seeds.
I made this tonight with a small adjustment of a little less ground chuck. I also cubed 2 large baking potatoes for more flavor, as well as the shells. Fortunately, I had everything on hand. Yummy! Thanks for sharing your recipe idea! 🙂
We just made this and WOW!!! One of the best dishes to ever come out of my instant pot (which I have been using for nearly 7 years). It's very rich, but such a unique flavor. The only changes made were we substituted a ground beef pork mixture for the ground beef and we used Cooking Sherry in place of the White Wine. Love the recipes and your channel keep em coming! We are ordering your cookbook today.
I'm making your stroganoff recipe but instead of stroganoff I'm making deconstructed pot roast with potatoes and carrots. My wife approves of that gravy. Yum! Oh, and I found roasted garlic Better than Bullion at my local grocery store. That stuff is really good.
Just tried this recipe and I have to say it was absolutely phenomenal! Me and my boyfriend loved it, it was an amazing dinner! The parmesan gives an excelent finish, I totally recomend it!
I made this tonight. I had to change couple of things. I used Marsala cooking wine instead of white cooking wine, I used spicy brown mustard instead of Dijon, I didn’t have Worcestershire sauce but used lil bit of liquid smoke and I used cream cheese. Oh and I used bow tie noodles and It was the bomb!!! Omygosh!! Yum!!
Just tried this and I must say you are the Gordon Ramsey of pressure cookers. The best stroganoff I have ever had. Can’t wait to try your other dishes.
I make a lot of your recipes and It occurred to me I never comment enough when I do. I made this a few weeks ago like the day after you posted it, The whole family loved it, more than your original beef stroganoff recipe we also tried (but also liked). Instead of Boursin we used aloette because the shop was out of boursin, it works out perfectly. I just resreved about two tbs of it since its a few ounces more than boursin and scraped off the herbs on top. I made the OG stroganoff version with both boursin and aloette (garlic & herb), the difference is small but we actually prefer Alloette to Boursin. Thanks for the recipe friend, I'll put comments on the other ones we've made, I've made many of them lol.
Omg i just made this and its amazing. I didnt have shells and beef broth i used chicken and Trompetti pasta. I also used au jus gravy mixture because i didnt have the onion soup mixture. It still came out devine. Thank you!!
Y’all: MAKE THIS. It was delicious! I used part mild & part hot Italian sausage from Publix (removed from casing) & added extras per the website recipe (Boursin, 1/4th cup grated Parmesan, some hot sauce-6 drips of Texas Pete to be exact. This doesn’t make it spicy, just adds flavor.). I did not add heavy cream, but like recipe says, if you want a little creamier, add that at the end. It truly was “comfort in a bowl”! I will definitely make this again & the printed recipe has now been added to my binder. Seriously y’all, TRY IT!
I've made this a couple of times. I don't keep alcohol in the house so I replaced it with extra beef broth and it came out awesome!! Jeffrey has the best recipes.. I highly recommend his pot roast, meat loaf & mashed potatoes, Lasagna Rolls.. I highly doubt there's ANYTHING this man makes that's not restaurant quality!!
I just bought $130 worth of spices on Amazon that you use in many of your recipes. It’s safe to say I’m hooked ! Thanks for what you do ! I bought your book too by the way ! Looking forward to many wonderful meals !
Yes, rename it after Mom. I have been enjoying your cookbook. Pre-ordered it last year when you first announced it. It has some wonderful recipes that I am dying to get after. Stay safe.
Jeff, I love watching your videos...but even more than that, I can't wait to watch your reactions when you finally try your creative recipes...I ALWAYS SMILE & SAY I'M GONNA MAKE THAT FOR MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE SHE LOVES YOUR VIDEOS TOO!!! Much love from Mobile Alabama.
I LOVE your regular stroganoff. Now to have one slightly different it's a win win! Now I can do the pasta in the pot with it! Nice when I don't have the other meat. Your regular one is my favorite meal in the IP!
Your cookbook arrived the other day from Amazon. Congratulations and thanks for putting together this wonderful cookbook of your super delicious recipes!! Love from Cupertino California
Thank you Jeffrey!!! Another wonderful recipe & I can’t wait to make this delicious dinner. I just received your cookbook & love ❤️ it! Every one of your recipes has been a winner and my family truly is crazy about these delicious meals. We need more happy things these days!

It’s exactly what I look for in a cook book and will help me to meal plan for the upcoming weeks of quarantine time ahead and beyond! Love love love it and love you and your show! Move over Julie and Julia here comes Jeffrey and Jeanine!
subbed even though i don't have an instapot, have the other name brand. I have been getting excellent results no matter what one is used in You Tube recipes so i'm excited to try this.
Hi Jeff, love the book, the Instant Pot and this recipe. I also have an Instant Pot mini for when we go RVing. Don't forget us RV'ers. Stroganoff Shelley sounds perfect.
We made this last week and it was delicious! Ordered your cookbook from Amazon and tonight we made the Mac & Cheese. We only had two cups of sharp cheddar so I added two cups of Monterey Jack and it was amazing! Pairs nicely with a Chardonnay by the way. Haha! Can’t wait to try some more of the recipes while we are cooking in quarantine.
Jeff Looks good, can't wait to cook this. My 90 year old mum adores the beef strogonoff. Always asking when am I cooking it again!!!!!!!........You must be on way to 2nd book!!!! Colin from UK stay in and safe.😃
I love the flavor of Boursin (used it in your Spinach and Sausage soup) but it isn’t generally available in my small-town grocery store, plus it is kind of pricey. There are some excellent clone recipes online, though. It really does add a wonderful flavor!
This is a great recipe. I've just started following you from Arizona. I made this last night and was fabulous. Question. Why wouldn't you add the Lipton Onion Soup Mix before the pasta. I would think the dehydrated contents would have more time to flavor everything. Thanks
