Intake! S1E1 - Project Z Twin Turbo 300zx Painting Brakes Removing Spoiler
Episode one of our brand new project!
Yep, I have sold the s30 and taken delivery of a brand new nearly 30 year old car! Its turbo, double turbo, 5 speed and 110% JDMs. Check out our new format, Intake, in conjunction with Forever Digital and join me as I smash out the build on Project Z!
On this first episode we are painting the brakes Red because thats faster. Installing clear indicators and removong the rust filled spoiler!

So, I wound up buying the Nismo clear lenses and totally forgetting about this episode...and that the pig tails are different. With that, instead of requiring the turn signals, I opted to dremel off the bung from the amber lenses, bore out and flatten the surfaces on the clear lenses and JB welding the old bungs from the amber onto the virgin surface on the clears. Worked out really nicely.

My car does the same noise when trying to turn it on . Any idea what it is? Could it be the flywheel? I already changed the starter . Thanks in advance

SinceZ13 I had thought it was going to be the starter motor and was looking at changing it in the future. One of the trucks at work did the same and ended up getting its starter changed to fix the issue. Misalignment of the startee on your flywheel????

Please answer:D Guys so i found out my nb has a 300zx 1994 and he is selling it, the only things its not turbo, and its vert, is it worth it? its just dirty but the interior is lit af literally its in almost perfect conditions and its manual, it would be my first car ever what do you think? and my bro owns a 350z so its pretty cool to have both lol,

More Z Cars is always a better fucking thing I think!!! I am not a vert guy, but I can't hate on those who are, everyone is different! If you are not afraid to have a crack at doing some of the work yourself then thats a bonus because the engine bays are super tight mechanics can charge heaps in labour because it takes ages to get to anything!

David Castillo i have a feeling a tooth is missing from the flywheel or the starter or they are misaligned. It doesnt do it often.

PlanetStivva roger that. I’m very much interested to see your projects. I’m in the process of purchasing a JDM Z32 2+2 TT that is almost immaculate. But some changes in store. No one I’ve seen shown the process like you do. Appreciated, brother. Keeping an extra few in the fridge from now on. Maybe some Sapporo next trip to the supermarket.
