In this Intense 20 min Full Body Home Workout we are focusing on strength and endurance. All you need for this home workout is one kettlebell (it can be done at home or the gym). I will take you through some of the most effective kettlebell and bodyweight exercises to help you burn fat and build muscle.

Completed this workout with a 40 lb KB. New size for me. Got through mostly everything well. Struggled with core exercises at the end. Cramping. Also did a finisher using Dan John's modified ABC complex with single kettlebell. AMRAP, 3 rounds, 40 lb KB. Took 5ish minutes.

В тот день погода была отличная, дождь и слякоть, но +10, в самый раз для тренировки 😀 сейчас температура упала, около 0, в майке не попрыгаешь. Терпеливо жду весны 😀 как у вас?

@@PavelKrotovFit днём +2,ночью -2,местами лежит обледенелый снег,из за сырости плюсовая температура совсем не ощущается,проще говоря ,погода совсем не располагает к тренировкам на улице,даже если потеплей одеться)))
