Damn that differential thrust rolling cobra to dodge the missile and reverse the 2 enemies was so good!! Mig23 even broke their wing seeing Defyn's maneuver.

The Foxhunter radar, as of La Royale, is the current best radar in the game. It has good raw stats like maximum track angle, it has plenty (arguably too many) radar modes, it's difficult to notch, and it's arguably the only radar currently in game that can find, acquire, and maintain a lock against a 'nose cold' target... but. Since the Skyflash missile is at best a sidegrade to the 7F (and in reality a glorified AIM-7E-2 with a sustainer) and both being *considerably* worse than the 27ER regardless, very little of that actually matters. If the F-16 Block 10 is the proof that having the strongest flight model isn't good enough for top tier, the Tornado is the proof that all the beep boops and doo dahs in the world won't help you either, at least not in War Thunder.

I love the way DEFYN covers up his mistakes, comedic but doesn't dwell on them or make a huge deal but show's some faults as a player and the plane

That mig player probably doesnt have the keybinds set up for folding the wings and just let the game do it, which is why it took so long for the wings to fold out. He was probably going 800 when they started to go out.

Love how fans of some aircraft get salty when their favourite aircraft doesn't dominate everything it comes across in War Thunder. They add the Lighting, and get mad when it can't out dogfight a Mig-19 ( it's an interceptor designed to counter Soviet Bombers) . Then They add the A10 and are mad when they can't shrug off multiple 30mm shells because muh tITanIuM BaTHtuB. ( The A10 is a piece of shit and should be replaced by the F35 ASAP). Side note - every time an A10 dies, Pierre Sprey turns in his grave and every British Warrior Crew breathe a sigh of Relief.

IMO the ADV/ F3 would've been a good plane to add in the Viggen/ MLD/ PD Phantom/ F5E meta. Against any Gen 4 its just ass, and so it is against most Gen 3s tbh.

Im just happy Italy is getting jets cuz it used to be that we needed to wait a year between single jets being added. Kinda sad that Italy is pretty much only getting jets when they are added to other tech tree's, like F-104, F-16 or Tornado. Where are the advanced trainers? Where is a AMX/A-11's?

That *ALMOST* crash you had is one massive complaint I have of the tornado. It feels like it refuses to change directions. It's inertia is insane yet gaijin nerfed its speed 3 times before release. Makes me think we will never see a mig 25/31

an issue i'm having is that no matter how open, high, fast or slow the target is, any and all of my radars simply don't feel like locking whatever I want them to, even ACM. For some ungodly reason I have to repeatedly try for several seconds to get a lock on a single dude, seems like rolling a dice

Tornados are beautiful and cool, but massively overtired. They are just not in the same league all the other multirole fighters. The Tornado is meant for CAS.

that mig23ml is probably the biggest reason on why i don't like top tier that much. no matter how many new fighter jets gaijin add, skill peaks at 9.0 and start to go downhill until it's equivalent to rank 1-2 at top tier

ADV is a decent jet when it is matched against other 11.3. Issue is not BR itself, nothing will change if they drop it to 11.0. Issue is a terrible matchmaker that constantly creates meta matches like 10.7 or 12.0 making 2/3 of high tier aircraft in game to suffer.
