The more I watch these videos the more I realise this is what we should have been taught in schools. These are real life skills..........of course we were never taught anything really useful.
Pull the kids from public schools. Most schools only teach obedience, servitude, and push a one sided narrative that was master planned and funded by the elite banking families. Don’t take my word for it; look up Rockefeller, Carnegie, and Rothschild families and their involvement with hospitals and schools. Medical bills are the number one cause of debt in the US. Please learn to take care of yourselves with natural resources!
That's neat. I just used it on my skin. I didn't use it on my scalp or hair. I counted to 600 and let it dry some. It is white in the container and when it dried on my skin it turned green. I washed it off and I guess the allergic reaction I had on my skin looks better. (My knees had red spots and I scratched them and it made it worse...) I have only used it twice so far.
@@bimpea.7771 Hi. I use nutri clay from ‘the clay cure’ in the UK. They ship overseas as well. It is calcium bentonite clay from Sardinia. I also use activated charcoal, but not at the same time as clay.
You should do a video on diatomaceous earth! :) There is lots of info out there, but I'd love to know your take. Also, if you could, talk about activated charcoal powder and zeolite as well.
I did a search in your Channel for Zeolite... nothing... Bentonite Clay acts very similarly to Zeolite and they are both a volcanic ash. However, there are some big differences. Zeolite has a much different structure, which traps heavy metals and other positively charged particles such as Vaccines and most pharmaceuticals, then eliminates then through the urinary track. When Zeolite Clinoptilolite is micronized and activated the particles are so small
@@ItDoesntMATTERwhatYourNameIS Yes. They are 2 different substances. I take Zeolite because it has a much smaller structure. if you get the form that I use it will cross the Blood-brain barrier and detox a lot of heavy metals from the brain, like Aluminum and Mercury, perhaps some others too... Do some research on it. There are a lot of YT videos that focus on it.
@DStrayCat69 Hello. Can you please tell me exactly which brand that you use? Also, iyo, what’s the difference between zeolite and activated charcoal? Is one better than the other? Is it good used to take both, or just stick with one? Thank you.
How much do we take orally for a detox and how often Doc? Also please do a video on diatemacious earth as ive heard it's a great source of silica for bone, nails, and hair health...
I got it: You have to let the clay absorb water, for 10-20 minutes, BEFORE you drink it, because it expands as it absorbs moisture! You do NOT want it to expand when it is already in your digestive tract. It will cause constipation! Moreover, 2 teaspoons is too much for drinking purposes. One is enough. ALWAYS(!) let the clay to expand for up to a half an hour, or more, in your glass, or it will expand in your gut! And that is not enjoyable.
Don't take DE. Your body is not able to absorb it and it gets stuck in your body and builds up, especially i nthe brain (same as c60). If you want silica then take sometimes like horsetail. Most of these silica products are dangerous. I use to take them before I spoke to a chemist about this matter. Your body can't break down silica in that form.
Just want to say thank you for all your videos and you're awesome and I also want to say I love how you brought your wife into your videos love the cooking videos you guys are awesome!
A little guidance on how to consume it would be very beneficial. I was advised to consume my activated charcoal before bed and at least 4 hours after taking medications. I assume the same applies to the clay. That advice has prevented me from trying it.
@@ladymay9804 I purchased the a.c. in pre-measured capsules. Don't recall the size. The reason for waiting four hours is because it will pull the medicine out of your system. Also was told to drink lots of water with it.
Great, thanx Dr Berg. I've finally got his opinion on Activated Charcoal, Bentonite, now looking for Diatomaceous Earth and possibly a comparison of all three. Thanx again for addressing these detox agents
Very interesting... I never knew that. I make my own water filters out of Activated Charcoal. I'm thinking that Bentonite clay might be added to remove heavy metals that the charcoal misses... What are your thoughts on that?
Thank you for this video. I would appreciate it very much if you could make a video on DIATOMACEOUS EARTH (Food Grade of course) with a comparison to Bentonite Clay.
I have used calcium bentonite clay for over 20 years to heal very deep cuts, a deep gash in a child’s tongue, and a deeply penetrating canine puncture wound from a dog bite. It heals wounds with no scar, prevents infections and works amazingly fast! I use it to brush my teeth, add it to hot baths, and drink some mixed with water each day. It is amazing! I sound like an infomercial! It is just so good!
This helped my keto rash. I applied it as a mask to the back of my neck. No more itching/inflammation. I’m also drinking it to see if that helps my rash too.
I've seen many articles talking about the alarming amount of lead contained in Bentonite Clay. Since lead is not good for our body, can you please do a video about this Dr. Berg or answer me here? I'm worried about it. Thanks!
Hi Dr. Berg. I came across an article on RU-vid where it is mentioned that Calcium Bentonite Clay is superior to Sodium Bentonite Clay for internal use, in that its "ph" is more Alkaline than that of the sodium bentonite clay. Would you care to comment on this?
I drink 16oz of warm water with 2 tbsps of organic apple cider vinegar, plus 2 tbsps of freshly squeezed organic lemons, plus, a little baking soda, plus some organic raw honey every morning at least an hour before breakfast. Can I drink this sodium bentonite clay at nights instead of mornings? Or should I add this clay to my morning tonic? I have been working for a major carrier since 1990 as an International Flight Attendant, so I want to rid my body of radiation.
Different types out there. any suggestions on which one is best to ingest? Can be confusing. I recently saw a vid that said to buy raw form and to avoid calcium or sodium ones. Any tips are appreciated🌻
I have been using DE since April 14th...for the RA in my body. I am off one med xeljanz and taking very little Pred now. I take a whole lot of other stuff too... MSM / GLUCOSIMINE CHONDONTRITE, black seed oil, flax seed oil in capsule, eat sardines regularly, beans, turmeric curcumin, coconut oil, magnesium maltate, eating fresh leafy greens, and just started eliminating carbs and sugar.
I started taking DE April 14th 2017.. I expelled a lot of parasites for 3 weeks.. easy to see in the urine. Expelling them does not hurt. I did not feel better though. At the end of June I added MSM and glucosimine chondontrite. ON JULY 4TH, MAJOR SHIFT for the better! I started feeling lots better but not out of the wood works. I have stopped taking xeljanz and take very little of pred 5-10mg until I feel I can no longer take it. I have severe joint damage that started in 2001. I expect to start feeling even a whole lot better by Sept 5th short of a miracle. :-))) I will keep you posted if you like.
@@GwuacNSalza There's a lot more what's wrong with the population today, and it's not over giving a thumbs up before hearing a RU-vid through completion.
I have begun to consume calcium bentonite in the morning and evening, 1/2 Tbs mixed with one cup of water as a means to assist with detox for heavy metals. I am also taking 1 tsp of turmeric mixed with 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbs lemon juice, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp stevia. My question is what are the contraindications of taking the calcium bentonite so close in time to the turmeric? What do you recommend? Currently, I take the calcium bentonite upon waking, wait about 30 minutes and then take the turmeric tonic. I take the second dose of calcium bentonite right before going to bed. Another question is if there are contraindications with magnesium therolate as I take that before going to bed too - could the clay interfere with its absorption? Thanks in advance.
Good Morning Dr. Berg, could you please do a video on Fibroid, best food to help or heal the pain of fibroid, prevention, treatment or worst case scenarios, etc. Thank you very much.... P.s. your videos are extremely informative, keep it up!👏🏾
Hold On --- you have to SUSPEND the clay in water first before you ingest it. That makes it a COLLOIDAL CLAY which I believe is safe to drink. Don't recommend just adding some to water, stirring and drinking. Add a tbls to a qt of water - let it sit for 48 hrs then stir, wait till it calms down, then take a couple of tbls out and put in a glass of water or juice. That's the way to do it. 😏
@@ItDoesntMATTERwhatYourNameIS colloidal means suspended in liquid - so you let the clay sit for around 48 hours to allow it to suspend or mix with the water - it becomes part of the water composition -- as for how much you use -- you of course can do whatever you like Rico - I actually take clay both ways depending on if I have it in colloidal form or not
@@ItDoesntMATTERwhatYourNameIS good catch there - yes always with a wooden spoon or hard plastic - just not metal - you want to stir it up to get it mixed - then let it sit for 48 hrs. I put mine in a glass mason jar and stir it maybe every 8 hrs or so just to keep it mixed as it wants to settle at the bottom - then when I'm ready to start using it - i stir it and then let it settle for a couple min to allow the heavier minerals like iron settle at the bottom - then i take a couple of tbls off the top and add it to my water and drink it - hope that helps 😉
Thanks Dr Berg. Can this not take metals out of your body like Iron which are very important? Or does iron not fall under the 'heavy metal' category. Thanks again, Steve
I'd like some clarification. Wouldn't consuming a very aggressive adsorbing agent like this wreak havoc on your digestive system ? I'm imagining it pulls out many nutrients from your gut that you need, as well as beneficial bacteria since it's non-selective. Kind of reminiscent of mouthwash, as in it wipes out all bacteria good or bad in your mouth which could be argued is making things worse.
Hi, thanks for the video. What if I take supplements on the same day? they conflict? The bentonite will bring my expensive supplement away from my body. ? thanks
Given that the bentonite clay pulls out toxins, when making & storing it as a face mask do you think it would be safe to mix the into the clay essential oils and/or possibly food items to give it color (blueberries, turmeric, cherry powder)? Maybe not the turmeric because that itself may have slightly more metals? Thoughts, tips?
I've been to 2 nature stores looking for bentonite clay and they both had 6% aluminum in them. Is this ok to eat since it adsorbs so much? What do you think about the liquid bentonite?
SIBO is a gut disbyosis where insufficient stomach acid causes a domino effect: 1: lack of stomach acid leads to insufficient bile = poor digestion. 2.. insufficient acid and bile = too many bacteria, and other pathogens, parasites, etc make it past the stomach into your small intestine. 3. Small intestine becomes overgrown with all these bad actors leading to further mail-absorption of food and nutrients. Remedy: Take high dose (approx 600-750 mg or so) HCl + pepsin capsules. Start with two at every meal. If you notice nothing, increase two more capsules. You keep increasing till you notice a mild feeling of heartburn. For me it initially required 20 capsules @750 mg HCL = 15,000 mg HCl. Then you decrease by two capsules every time you notice the mild heartburn, until you are down to just 2 capsules. At that point you can stop. This naturally boosts your digestion until your stomach can make enough acid in its own. So that’s just the acid part. To take care of SIBO, you have to do the 2nd part of digestion, which is the neutralization of that acid, which is the bile part. Take the bile 1 hour before each meal. You will notice this is also a natural aid to the liver and gallbladder. Your skin will look great and teeth get brighter.
1/8 tsp of borax with water per day will solve all the problem... and within one week you will see amazing results... just search in RU-vid how to consume borax .. good luck
I heard that u should not use it with metal bowls, but then find factual evidence that this is just a myth, and that as long as you use stainless steel your fine. Since the clay itself was produced using metal machinery. Anyone that can confirm this?
In your MTHFR video you claim heavy metals are super hard for mthfr people and we are best to avoid heavy metals because we suffer from bad detox. So my question is: is it still safe for mthfr people because it's full of lead and other metals? Is it still safe us, is the lead and heavy metals absorbed if the person has leaky gut?
I work in an very old factory building, it's at least 112 years old if not older. Full of asbestos, maybe even mold and mildew. Since EPA and OSHA said the levels are acceptable and below harmful range, asbesto isn't dangerous unless you disturb it up I was told by management. I still want to help rid my body move out any possible toxicity I may come across at work. I wonder if this could help me Dr Berg. What do you think?

I have some bentonite clay and activated charcoal. I have mostly used them just to clean up. I would like to use them internally, but not sure about them. And how do you determine if the quality is as good as the company says.
Side effects? If you are constipated this will possibly make you much worse. Do not take more then a table spoon a day or you will get clogged up and the bathroom visit will be painfull, imagine a lot of friction.
