The main mistake everyone does is taking milk coffee n milk tea without sugar only in fasting period so can you let me know if it's ok

Actually, zero-calorie beverages like back coffee/tea or herbal teas are better in the fasting period. But for some people, it may be difficult to do fasting for so many hours or some people may not like to have black coffee/tea, So doing with little flexibility is better than doing nothing is what I feel. But slowly one should try to reach where they can stay only with water or zero-calorie beverages in the fasting period. Do you agree with me Sreevani? :)

So first lo 3 to 4 kg in first month, varaku raavochu, over weight unnavallaki. Taravata, 1 to 2 kg varaku ravochu. Takkuva time lo ekuuva taggadam anta manchidi kadu. So nidanam ga taggadam manchidi.

Hi Durga Kumari garu, Eat more fruits and vegetables. Also nuts and seeds. Maximum try to eat healthy food. Frequent head massages may help. Still if you want, you can take doctor's advice to use supplements like multi vitamins or Biotin.

Hi Teju, Hypothyroid unnappudu asalu low calorie diet teesukokudadu. Metabolism inka taggipothundi. E health problem leni vallaki kuda nenu low calorie diet suggest cheyyanu. BMR kante takkuva calories asalu teesukokudadu. Better you take 1600 calories and do atleast 3 days of workout. Meeru 6 days workout chesthunnatlayithe 1800 calories kuda teesukovachu. Please remember that if you don't eat properly also, you put on weight.

Hi Anitha, Ala gastric problem vasthunte, meeru 16 hours kakunda 12 hours tho start cheyyandi. Slow ga 14 hours ki increase cheyyandi. Aa eating period lo fiber rich foods tho patu ga healthy fats undela chusukondi. Avoid processed, junk & deep fried foods. Though out the day water ekkuva tagandi. Inka herbal teas like chamomoile tea, jasmin tea, Ginger water (boil gynger in water), fruit & mint leaves infused water lantivi ekkuva teesukondi.
