During VMware Explore 2022 in San Francisco, I had the great pleasure to sit down with Amanda Blevins -- VMware's first female CTO. We discussed her journey from customer to CTO, current industry trends in the market, and waxed poetic on where things go from here. She's a Gamer, a mechanic, and has an interesting fascination with manufacturing! This was my favorite activity I got to do during VMware Explore, and it's great to see new executives entering the C-suite that are this approachable, transparent, and dynamic. I promise you'll all come away with a newfound respect for this woman and her journey -- I know I sure did!
