The premium package is $2,400 for those interested. I actually have a deal going with a local dealer for a 6MT with premium package for $20k out the door. :)

Even before I watch this video, I just want you to know that I hate you with envy right now, haha! I've been following the potential making and release of this Elantra Sport for what seems like forever now! I just love this car's profile and overall interior quality and features and I've been really looking at buying one to replace my 2015 Chevy Cruze that's been a total POS ever since new. If I decide to take the big financial loss by trading the Cruze, I'm really wanting to buy this Elantra Sport. The only other car that I'm remotely interested in is the 2016/2017 Nissan Altima SR. The SR would have more cabin room but it has absolutely no high-end tech or safety features besides a standard backup camera with no turning trajectory lines. I hope you enjoy your new ride and can you please do a review on the 2017 Nissan Altima SR, SV, AND/OR SL? Thanks!

I went from a Veloster Turbo to a Mazda 3 so kinda the opposite of you. I had bad luck with this engine. Felt real slow and mpg's were well below avg. The Mazda ended up being much quicker with less HP. I understand why you would get this tho because you got a great deal. Good luck!

considering this car also comes with a 2.0 NA how difficult does it look to swap in the 2.0T from the sonata? Seems whats needed is an elantra with a blown motor and a wrecked sonata 2.0t . does the sonata and this car share much in terms of drive train? If the swap would be " easy" i wonder how much more the 2.0t weighs. Would it mate directly or easily to either of the transmissions and would they handle the power. At some point, somebody is going to need to do this swap.
