I'm waiting for mine now. Ordered from Amazon. One thing I'm wondering about now is that when I use my Teeter Inversion Table I am able to pull myself side to side. That enables me to get a real specific stretch. Just a slight variation of pressure from one leg or the other and I can get a nice little pop in the L4, L5, or another part of the back bringing instant relief. Just doing a total straight down stretch won't always do it. The side to side movement puts a little different stretch on the hips too.
