That is sick and it blews my mind that this is the sound from the invidia n2 catback and everything else stock?. I just cant imagine how it will sound with an UEL header and a tune.
Did the frontpipe add volume and bass without adding drone? I have the n2 as well and love the sound but I'm looking to just make it a tad louder overall.
It sounds deeper than the R400, but not as loud as the N1, and I’ve heard that it’s quieter than the MXP- which in design is exactly the same. Paired with UEL Header and how much drone there is will determine if I buy one or not.
@supermaxcarp They are the Valenti Revo 2. I don't remember where I bought them from. It's been a while. I've had them for probably 7 years and no problems.
The n1 is a bit louder than the n2. N2 has drone in the low rpm (2,500-3,200) and the n1 has drone in the high rpms. Personally I'll take high rpm drone any day since when i go down the highway im in that 2500-3200 drone zone
So I do a lot of city driving but recently I drove it for 3.5 hours for a trip...and it's weird because at 2500rpm to 3500rpm it's a lot louder and vibrates the whole car and drones quiet a bit but other then that it's pretty good and minimal to no drone
Drewbie358 you might have a broken weld? My invidia r400 broke a weld on a exhaust support thingy after a week. The broken weld only made the sound between 1800-2000rpm. I contacted invidia and they refunded me the cost of welding it and they fixed the welds on their r400 exhausts.
Drewbie358 alright thx . Cuz I just literally order my N2 yesterday n I heard that I needed to put something else so that way I won’t be bottlenecking my exhaust . But not sure what to buy?
