This is how I did my engine. I disconnected the battery,then covered anything electronic. I sprayed it lightly with my pressure washer then sprayed it with super clean and then proceeded to lather it with various soft bristle brushes,I rinsed off all of the grime then blow dried it. Once I got most of it off with the blower I finished the drying with a microfiber cloth. Took about an hour or so. It was totally worth it.

I watched a local dealer PRESSURE WASHING the engine bay on a relatively new BMW without even covering anything. Don't do that :D

i covered nothing, sprinkled with water everywhere, took 1 fiber towel and wiped as much as i can. engine bay looks beautiful. lol.

Yeah that's where I'd put it, but the MXP is quite a bit louder than the N2. So id put it closer to the N1 sound.

Kevin Ho this is a very late response but they have a lot of drone in them. Good exhaust for the price tho I guess. I mean if you mean an frs/86/brz I imagine you have to have some extra money saved.

You get what you pay for, lol.. Sound quality is pretty mediocre.

Correct, our 86 have a stock exhaust manifold. Engine wise its all stock expect for a OFT stage 1 tune.

The R400 Has No Drone and is a bit quieter, while the n2 has some drone and is louder...

Not really, if it does it wont be measurable. However most cat backs are lighter than stock so you'll actually be saving weight.

FT86SpeedFactory so I just install my N2 . Sounds amazing bro but one my tips it’s weird . Like the right side it more out & the left is more in. How is your? I try to fix it but I can’t /: it gets me annoyed.every-time I see it

a catback doesnt trigger the light, the O2 sensors are in your primary catalytic converter so even if you remove your secondary located in your front pipe the light wont turn on

Tone is deeper as well. The N2 is not as loud as the N1 and the tone is deeper, giving you more bass.

Does it pop a lot? I was looking at the mxp comp aswell

675 LT Not a lot of pop. It’s just load at times. Especially on start ups.

I covered it briefly at the end of this video, but the N1 is LOUD and Aggressive while the N2 is much quieter, with lots of low end tone.

Cutting Edge N1 is louder. N2 is more tame with a deeper tone

For me sometimes depending how high my revs are before letting off the gas. I put in good gas so not too much but if it has meh gas then yah she’ll pop a bit more

And I only have the catback, nothing else done to the exhaust system
