You’re downloading it on your MacBook or PC right? Not on the iPhone itself

I have an iPhone6s but I want an iPhone4s cuz it’s more cuter and smaller. And it works just as good as the iPhone6s in my opinion.

+Sig MP It isn't possible sadly, id say stick with 8.4 until the friedappleteam releases a public jailbreak. You can find compatible apps or older versions for any firmware (including iOS 8.4) using (findoldapps)

OH I wasn't aware of findoldapps. I remember one keynote where they said if you can't get the latest version of an app they will also give you a previous version for your current OS. Is that a feature only 9 has or doesn't this feature exist at all and I am mixing stuff up? It's really silly that amazingly simple apps require iOS 9. I can only select the Canadian and US store there. Since I am located in Germany I am screwed as well or is there a trick? I've tried to get the DHL app in order to get a package but that already requires iOS 9. Great service...So I guess I will have to wait like you've said but I doubt there will ever be one. The demand probably isn't high enough. I should have found out about this way earlier.

Make sure it is an iPhone 4s and not iPhone 4. Otherwise just download it off iTunes

+Rajesh Muntha head over to software updates and it should be avaialble to download OTA. If after a restore and it still feels sluggish.. Well that's a hardware limitation, nothing you can do

I might be able to help you. It has software update support up to 9.3.5. Maybe it is stuck on something like iOS 8 and cannot update. If that is the case, plug your iPhone into iTunes (USB plug into a Mac), then in iTunes, it may remind you a software update is required for full connection.
