Aman, what a Top video, a strong thick Neck and Traps show the dude has gone that extra step, also I think having strong, thick forearm's not only looks great but is very practical in everyday life from a firm handshake to opening a tight jar etc

I used to have a subpar neck. After watching this video from Kong Motivation I have ascended my weak feeble existence. I now am confident, powerful, and potent in my daily life. My neck is approaching the 20" mark and with every new inch I can feel my mind and body becoming one.

​@@Freight-bw9wdThe neck grows rather quickly; as a novice you can easily add 2" in 4 months.. so yeah, maybe 1 - 3 years to get a 20" neck?

Kong Thanks for this video, In Australia Rugby league and Rugby Union players have some of the thickest/ Strongest Necks around they have to, these guys are known to have " Bulldog Necks"

Yeah nice video .....though some dudes here have an over rated neck to trap ratio and it looks kinda freaky ...I must say Goldberg's neck to trap ratio was more attractive than freaky . . With all due respect

Just do neck curls, neck extensions and shrugs; theres no "best" workout. Just stick with 3 - 5 sets and 12 - 15 reps per set

Żadna motywacja. Niezdrowy tryb życia,siadają stawy,zrywają mięśnie,ciągłe kontuzje,pouszkadzane kręgosłupy. Oszukiwanie innych ale przede wszystkim siebie. Naturalnie człowiek nie ma możliwości ,żeby tak rozbudować mięśnie bez względu czy ktoś ma predyspozycje . Tak ,trzeba żreć chemie. Żreć takie ilości jedzenia ,że narządy już nie mają siły tego przerabiać. Młodym ludziom lub ogólnie nie tylko młodym polecam kalistenike,siłownie naturalnie ,bazując na swojej genetyce i umiarkowane ciężary. Prawdziwą siłę i swoją siłę naturalnie wypracowaną ,więc dostępną zawsze nawet po latach nie trenewoania mają ludzie ,którzy trenują kalistenike. Może być do tego siłownia i umiarkowane ciężary bo stara szkoła mówi ,wez ciężar którym zrobisz bardzo czyte 10 powtórzeń ,potem jeszcze dwa ,trzy wymuszone i zobaczysz ,że jeśli zrobisz to bardzo uczciwie i dokładnie to ręce ,będą chciały ci odpaść a mięśnie po trzech miesiącach będą zauważalnie rosły. W zasadzie oprócz tych 10 powtórzeń ,największe znaczenie mają te ostatnie wymuszone. W mięśniach pali się ogień,rozrywają się czyli dochodzi do mikro uszkodzeń włókien i właściwie to jeszcze nie wtedy rosną tylko jak odpoczywają potem i sie odbudowują. Nie jest prawdą ,że trzeba dzwigać duże ciężary i niszczyć sobie stawy. Wypróbowałem różne systemy ,różne plany treningowe i mnóstwo kombinacji . Tak jak wyżej to jest ta magiczna tajemnica wzrostu mięśni ,naturalnie i zauważalnie i to jest powiedzmy zdrowe. Wszystko w czym przesadzamy może być niezdrowe a to tutaj to żaden sport tylko chemiczne tuczniki z problemami emocjonalnymi ,przerostem formy nad treścią i do tego "namawiają" do tego młodych ludzi.

Dude, no one said you'd need to tear joints in order to get strong. Speaking of strength..strength build in the gym is not different to strength build by calisthenics
