Hi sir my hemoglobin 6 when I check but after consultation of doctor i have used tablets for one month and later on again checked there is no improvement in the blood it just increased from 6 to 6. 3 so do i need to take injection or continue tablets.daily I am taking iron rich foods even though it is not improved what yo do now?
