Please allow this straight male to ask a question about lesbian dating. Normally, are feminine lesbians (like Alice) and masculine lesbians (like Merianna) attracted to one another and form couples? Or is it also common to have "like with like" lesbian couples, ie, feminine with feminine or masculine with masculine?

Having known many lesbians in my life, I can say there are no rules. Of course everyone has their preferences, there are just as many combinations as there are in straight relationships.

I was wondering things like that too, I guess I don't fully understand a feminine lesbian if she's attracted to a manly looking lesbian, it would appear she likes men but apparently she doesn't, maybe she just likes women who look manly, I'm confused.

If Alice was straight and Merianna was a dude, Alice would have shot down so quick. Merianna was much shorter and that is factor 1 for a lot of girls, he must be taller.

In order to be considered a "successful" lesbian is it a prerequisite you project a repulsed, can't be bothered attitude to any and every male within a 10' radius? Even males with a justifiable reason to exist, and actual be in public because they're paid to be and it's their job? i.e.. bar-men, Maitre 'd's etc? Genuine curiosity here

There's 'gold star' lesbians, who have never been with men, but that doesn't make them 'successful'. Some can be great friends with guys, some only want to be around other women, the only 'success' is being happy in your life, like everyone else.
