Repentance in the context of SALVATION is simply a change of mind from not believing in Jesus, to believing in Jesus. When you believe you have repented. They go hand in hand.
The wind blows where it wills, and we are told His will is to blow where there is belief. Simple. God is not a trickster. Calvinists have been tricked by Satan with the same scheme he used in the garden of Eden. "Did God REALLY say you can be saved by believing on Jesus alone? What He REALLY meant is ......". Satan takes the very clear words of God and makes it appear like God is a trickster, a deceiver, a liar, or incapable of communicating clearly to His creation. Only Satan, or man, complicates God's clear promises, and makes it seem like God is not reachable. He made it easy so nobody has an excuse!
He wants nothing from us other than see we are sinners in need of a Savior. Believe in Him and His promise. It’s an insult to Him to do anything and think it’s the reason He saves us.

GES says you do not have to repent, walk in the light, walk after the Spirit. GES believes that it will take you about 20 seconds to believe, and that's it, the rest of the bible can be thrown out. OSAS, you can walk in darkness, walk after the flesh.......and GES says you will still be saved. @@timgrady4630it’s not money. Isaias 55 says no money or cost. But also says let the wicked man forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts. We have to basically die to self. The old nature and receive the new nature in Christ. It costs us our life in this flesh. We give up the flesh life and receive the life of Christ. Many hate the cross, flesh hates the cross. Dying isn’t always fun. It’s painful at times. Even to see our own evil is hard. I can’t wait until it’s all over. Satanism is most prevalent in churches and Christian message boards than anywhere almost. The most angry and rude people claiming they are saved while cursing others to Hell bc they don’t understand some doctrine. It’s sick and twisted. Christ in us the hope of glory isn’t railing against people bc they don’t understand some aspect of a group of peoples teachings on what grace is. Grace = God does for me; in me and through me. Works = I struggle to do for God. Everyone who ever lived starts off in works and learns grace from his own failure. It’s part of the process. To say someone is not saved bc they struggle in some area is evil.
For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. Ephesians 2:8-9
