No adult education on rights and wrongs ie laws of the land. ( I was at police college 8 weeks and only scratched surface of it. 3. Recruitment of police officers based on academic qualifications, as opposed to practical suitability. 4. Paperwork overload, ie 1 simple offence takes officer off beat for 6 hours to complete forms and files. 5 Judicial system antiquated and clumbersome 6 judges and magistrates out of touch, not living in reality. 7 jails overloaded, no more being built, so offenders get slap on wrist, no deterant. 8 Every successive government not willing to address above. Money, votes, too hard line tag, you name it. And if we cannot speak about it here as suggested, then it's sad you get pulled up for talk, yet you can stab to death an 87yr old in buggy, and probably get all legal aid and support you want, and probably argue unfair trial when caught due to press coverage. If you are referring to the interview specifically then I do agree with what he says but I was making a general point about plurality of views and how we don't have to agree with everything someone says to enjoy them and listen to their views. I was happy to have PH on GB News as another great voice to listen too despite the fact that I don't agree with everything he has postulated in his extant corpus of work - and yes I am trying to be a pretentious knob. If you are one of those who "agree with everything he says" I am happy for you.
