Yes carbs are bad for diabetes but if include more fiber then the absorbtion of carbs can be controlled .

Cassav is low in BCAA'S many studies show that low circulating bcaa's in the blood are associated with being much leaner and having improved insulin signaling and glucose function as well as improving all cause mortality. I would argue it's substantially more healthy to eat casavva flour than wheat flour.

It has lots of fiber. Fiber makes you feel full longer. That's why high fiber food also be consumed for people in their diet. How casava works is like.. If u just eat one cassava, you already feel full so you wont eat another cassava. The fiber is there for limiting you to eat more carbs. Corn too, has more fiber than just rice. Because each of the corn "seed" has the transparent skin. That skin is fiber. But if u overconsume any foods, obviously it will not be healthy 😅. Eat stuff in moderation, people
