I know right it’s like everybody is like go carnivore is the only way to fix leaky gut, and then other people are like raw. Vegan is the only way to avoid cancer and avoid heart attacks. It’s like a constant tug of war of info. I have no idea anymore. On one hand, Gundry says that lectins cause leaky gut and then I see other doctors say that they actually use lectins to treat cancer.

Allot of these foods you mention are high in Oxalates which causes allot of inflammation in the body .. It’s so annoying hearing from so many Dr.s eat this do that, don’t do this don’t, don’t eat that .. every Dr’s advice, so different.. Allot of these foods you mention will make me break out with acne and cause rosacea flareups.. I’m doing the carnivore diet for three months including homemade bone broth, with a little bit of vegetables low in oxalates and low in lectins once my body heals we’ll see how this goes.. I have been so many dieats in my life and I’ve eaten so clean no meat for 15 years fish here in there.. Still sensitive to so much bullshit.. I think everybody is different everyone needs specific diet that works for them..

I blanch almonds and make my own almond butter. I also do a multi-nut/seed butter with walnuts, brazil nuts, macadamia nuts, flax seed, and hemp hearts and a dash of MCT oil and sea salt. Yeah pistachio nuts and other nuts are very good for people. Let me tell you something about pistachios. They're highly addictive. Your body seems to crave them in modern day times. So he's probably right your body is saying I need these things. Pistachios are also a laxative. So if you eat too much of them in one day. You're going to have the s**** for a week. Just know that fact which he didn't tell you as a doctor. They're actually a natural laxative. Just like lots of things are natural laxatives. Just like nature will provide everything you need to stay healthy and well. Unfortunately we're destroying the planet we're not doing our job taking care of the garden were destroying the garden. And we're destroying our society by not taking care of each other. That was our two jobs folks. Take care of each other and take care of the garden that takes care of us. And everything will be given unto you for free. I guess you didn't get that memo did you from your false prophets teaching you about false gods. Because believe it or not that is in the New testament that is the message that Jesus was trying to tell you

Pecans should be in your bowl too, Doc. Lol. And organic raw, redskin peanuts ARE OK. OK they've some lectins. But, the advantages far outweigh that. They're a natural human food. They gotta be. The nuts shells are easy to break open. Nearly all monkeys, chimps ect love them. And we share a lot OF DNA with them. Finally eggs should be too. I'm all but Vegan. But I do eat raw eggs. Large, 4 to 5 times a week. But varied. From hens, ducks wild fowl ect. A natural human food our ancestors would have found regularly.

It takes a long time for modern day human. To be able to eat that kind of food anymore. That's why they boil down greens and eat it that way gets rid of the bitter. And if they do actually grow that in their garden or buy it from a store. As a salad which is very awesome for you you'll actually feel better in 3 weeks if you stop eating iceberg lettuce and start eating that kind of green. Literally in 3 weeks you'll feel different. Here's the problem. To get that stuff choked down. You're going to dumb tons of really nasty salad dressings on it. That are truly manufactured by man and not good for you at all. That's the way you're going to choke them down I know you folks I pay attention I watch

Yeah I got to agree with him on this one. Avocados are great for you and once again taste like crap. Everything that tastes like crap is good for you. I think that's what he's trying to say. Like the dark bitter greens. Have any of you ever tried kelp. By the way you can make a fortune growing that stuff on your own if you live near the ocean. The government will actually give you a part of the ocean and mark for you. To grow kelp. And it grows really really fast. You take out what you grew you take the nodules you put them back on the rope. You throw it back into the ocean. 3 or 4 weeks later you got three or four feet lines of kelp. You wait a little longer you get 12 then you get 15. You don't want to go past that cuz it makes it two goddamn heavy to put on your boat. You can make a fortune with the crap. People all over the world do that except where of course America because it's good for people to grow things and give you healthy things it's good for people. What's good for people is not good for your slave owners the United corporations of America. They can't be the United corporations of America if they can't sell you things that are bad for you and then sell you crap to make you feel better. Don't you get the cycle of nonsense you're in folks

Excuse me Doc, I have many bottles 'Bragg organic, raw, Apple Cider Vinegar, and it's turning dark. Im reading it gets sweeter and maybe alcoholic inside when it gets old.. I avoid sugars/sweets, mostly, and NO alcohol, long time.. What to do.. is it myth or do I pour it all away? ( I usually only add some to distilled water blended organic lemons, and red beets, before bed ) Thanks
