Never was diabetic but I used to be 210 pounds years ago due to a bad diet growing up. Then I developed lots of "allergies" which was actually celiac plus MCAS. So first I did paleo and then keto. Now I am almost carnivore with some fruit. Have lots of energy. Feel great. I do eat lots of grass fed saturated fat from beef & lamb. 108 pounds. I am a LMHR. This diet keeps me healthy. Not a sniffle since Dec 2018 (I didn't know I had celiac back then and someone had encouraged me to eat a mini fruit pie - hadn't ate anything like that in years and boy oh boy did I ever get sick!!)
I was suffering from diarrhea from metformin. I refuse to take metformin any more and I take probiotics now. I feel much better and my sugar levels are the same. No more diarrhea or stomach pain.
if type 2 diabetes is caused by a bacterial infection then why isn't the biggest question how to eradicate the infection? Are no antibiotics or other natural remedies effective in any case?
