I had left total hip replacement 6 months ago. Did not do physical therapy. Now i have bursitis, had the right hip replaced 4 weeks ago. I cant sleep on either side, only on my back. I can only sleep with my legs out flat, no bent knees, but with my legs out flat, i can feel a painful pulling on both sides. I just started physical therapy, hope it helps.
Over 8 months for me now, I’m 29 and had been doing daily exercise, yoga and pole dancing every day. Now I can’t sleep, walk or exist without pain. Can’t even pickup my kids properly anymore. Can’t exercise or dance. It’s miserable. Can’t afford a chiropractor or steroid shot for a while.
"Weak" "tight" "weak" "tight" Why does weakness lead to tightness? Whenever I'm in squating position pain goes down lack of use 10hr shift standing with only lateral movement no hip extention no use of the glute lol we all leaving so get excited
I feel like im adapting get use to the feeling I'll be pleased when the day comes and I've fully coped with this definitely need to strengthen my butt tho I have no butt DONT SKIP LEG DAY More like don't skip hip extention which standing involves none of.. 10hrs 3rd shift getting off at 5:00am never was I more stressed my circadian rhythm never adjusted either over the 3month span prob because that's only 90 days where as I've spent 8760 days waking up at 6am bed at 10pm
