Lebron is NOT a pass first player. Can we stop with this nonsense? U dont attempt like 20 shots a game for your career being "pass first". Put it like this, players like Steph Curry and Russell Westbrook, for their careers, attempt fewer shots per game and average roughly same number of assists per game as Lebron(Bron is 7.3 , Steph is 6.4, Russ is 8.2) yet ive never heard Steph or Russ called "pass first" guys. Heck Russ had led the league in assist 3 times and hes not considered pass first. I think LeBron can stockpile assist but thats not exactly the same as having a "pass first" playstyle.
And Kobe nor Jordan may have been pass first. But you're right, they were asked to SCORE. And they don't get enough credit for passing because that triangle offense have a lot of ball movement.
See here they go, anybody with sense knows kobe came off the bench early in his career so his shot attempts would be lower for a career. I know yall hate Bron, but it isnt hard to be honest.
LeBron is a "Imma get mine & pass too" player. LeBron will dribble out a shot clock and pass at the last second knowing whoever catch it has to shoot. If they make it, he gets his assist. LeBron will go into the 4th quarter with 39 pts / 7 assist / and 9 rebs... he'll leave the game 43 pts / 10 assist / and 11 rbs ... he'll spend the last few minutes of the 4th trying to "construct" the right offense to win but more importantly, suffice his needs. He'll pass relentlessly trying to get that triple double or double. I'm not saying he cares about stats more than winning. But sometimes when a defense is weak in an area you have to attack. If that means 53 pts / 5 assist / 7 rebs... then so be it. I feel like LeBron wouldn't be happy with that stat line. So at that point... his stat line trumps winning.
9 of those were in the weakest conference NBA history, and the 1 in the west was in what was basically an friendly tournament in a hotel.... and he lost more than he won after completely stacking his teams, making him a loser when compared to the true legends. Getting out of the east was easy. The guy stacked a team with 3 of the 5 best players in the league. @@slender4
Dude lebron has taken the most last second fgs in nba history that’s a fake narrative go look it up and has 5 buzzer beaters in the playoffs also the nba record
Kobe came off the bench at the start of his career. But the biggest difference is that guys are taking more shots, faster pace. Kobe used to win 87-79. LeBron partly played in an era where 120-115 is a normale outcome.
Not a single player from 2010 or before would take Bron over Kobe. That's all that needs to be said, fans opinions really don't matter. Peers opinion is worth its weight in gold(rings)
Bs kobe passed up to Ron artest in game 7 and Derrick fisher plenty of times remember kobe refused to shoot in game 7 after choking a 3-1 lead and mj passed out of double team to Paxton and Kerr try again 🤡
@@Besttakepod but the facts show on last second shots lebron shoots 98% of the time it’s the reason nobody including mj or kobe has shot more than lebron in those situations there is evidence to support that
