Just a quick advice: if you cannot hear in mobile device, use a laptop computer.

If you could make a video showing how to load a HiSeq, NextSeq and MiSeq and how the lanes are loaded, that would be wonderful. As most scientists we have our sequencing dome by companies or core sequencing centres, and I heard that for example the HiSeq is more complicated to load than the MiSeq. Even though I will probably not load a illumina sequencer my self, I would be very interested to see how it's done. Thank you = )
