Culver City is NOT a neighborhood. It’s its own independent city. It’s in the name, Culver CITY.

Con: adjacent to Inglewood Oil Field and closure won’t happen until 2029.

I can only go on what the census numbers are which is what I showed. There are homeless issues all over LA. I don't think Culver City has it as bad as other neighborhoods.

Culver City was the place to be 1970 to 1999 even to 2008 lol but a gem around crap means you are bringing people in for slaughter it’s like come to Dominican Republic for its beauty etc now u see people were murdered robbed. Now some rich are leaving Calif but they don’t realize the evil will follow eventually must secure and get rid of it
