48 years old Lennox in my basement was on it's last legs. My buddy down the street brought over a brand new Trane furnace and put it in for me. This one will probably outlast me, and the warranty is ten years. :)

Nice ! Mayor! This is a Tapon . Looks like Train . I had it installed a couple years after I bought the house . I am thinking about 2006. So that would be about 2006 -2007 ish . Not bad . It should last ok. . Thank you Mayor !

Happy Sunday Mike! I can see you are clearly over-medicated and I would be too if I had to go to battle with a furnace! LOL. I am glad to hear that you got a new laptop. I recently got one too and I use it for many things. For future knowledge, God will not buy you a private jet plane. From what I can tell, it is usually many brainwashed parishioners who do that sort of thing! And BTW, all wars are needless. As far as HAM radio is concerned, scanners are basically useless in my area. Most communications take place in P25 encoded encryption. The local emergency agents don't communicate with the HAM radio people, unless they are in trouble. Otherwise, I wouldn't mind getting more into the local HAM radio scene. I agree with you . I was trying to forth that you have to put yourself into what you need or want . God will not just hand it over . You are correct most of the time . They do not talk to you but emergency response should be monitoring ham radio frequencies . Do they ? Well that is not always the answer we would like to hear. Saying that hopefully another ham radio operator can pass the information on for you . We should work together. May God Bless You and Your Captain Craig!

dealing here with issues on heat... power serge blew refrigerator & furnace... $2,000 for frig then $18,000 for heat/air unite... NOPE! not going to happen... so I'm going to plume in a infrared shop heater to get us till spring... I hope..lol.. been so crazy with all going on, hope to catch up with everyone this off season good deal on the laptop lov ya MIKE!
