A lot of people think of this song as just fun, but it's actually quite deep and meaning. He's talking about his journey through dance, where he started, the underground crew he was in, how dance is his life. They are also paying homage to their hometowns, both J-Hope and Becky J, celebrating diversity and inclusively as well. When talking about the song, J-Hope said it had always been his dream to just dance with all these different people like in the ending part. They don't speak the same languages, have the same cultures, or have the same background, but they all relate through dance. That's what sparked the idea in the first place, the fact that Becky G and J-Hope, on completely different sides of the world, both remember this song as one of the first songs they ever learned dance to. And the 'Chicken Noodle Soup' lyric alone is basically about your home and childhood, since that's usually what would pop in someone's mind when they hear that type of food. It's a genius song.

From what I know, J-hope paid big bucks for the rights to the original because he said he really loved this song growing up. He went to LA (I think) to do the video with Becky G. There's a Behind the Scenes vid for this one. Becky G also loved this song, and somehow they got together to collab.

JHOPE actually paid the original artists 2.7 million, made this remix, and MV and released it for FREE for fans to enjoy...Him and Becky both have a connection to this song because the original song sparked their desires to become who they are today. THEY MADE NOTHING OFF OF THIS REMIX EXCEPT NEW FRIENDSHIP AND JOY FROM MAKING IT. They shot the MV in LA when BTS was on a month long break. So Jhope flew to LA during vacation time to make this MV and flew back to Korea

This is what I love about BTS. It just shows how much they love ARMY and that just enjoy making music, even if they don't make any money off of it....they are the only artist I know to release free music, for being as big as they are. Got to love BTS 💜💜

They are truly a pure example of passionate artists, and humility. They show that money and fame doesn't matter as much as doing what they love so they can share it with the one that appreciate, support, and love them

I also love this song for the different languages they used and it is nothing to deep in it, it was just a fun song that J-Hope enjoyed growing up and he wanted to share that with his fans.
