I prefer the softer jaks also, I think everyone would choose an easy peel variety over a firm flesh once they get to try it. Im growing several species of fruits but Jakfruits I look forward to the most.

Hi, we’ve been blessed by a neighbor giving us 6 citrus trees. Do you have a recommendation of feed for them to help lessen their transplant trauma? I did put some coffee grounds and a banana peel in as we planted them. 🤷♀️I learned many years ago(up north) to give a bucket of water a day for a week to newly planted trees, but I’m thinking they’re getting waterlogged. 😬
@@FruitfulTrees I planted my grafted jackfruit in the ground about a month ago. it dropped all of its leaves accept for two that are holding. It doesnt look like its wants to die. I notice new growth at just about every or every other node. I have my hopes up. Watching to see what happens. What do you think? Why do they drastically drop the leaves like that? Is it because the are getting used to their new environment?
