I seriously hope these trainees are treated with respect in the workplace. In my experience, restaurant kitchen staff, chefs, front of house employees and management can treat cooks poorly, even though they desperately need these workers. Thank you, Jacques Pepin Foundation and good luck to these folks. ❤

So glad you all finally made a RU-vid channel. Jacques is a legend among chefs, for him to use his success to help people is a testament to his generosity. He’s one of my idols and life inspirations. THANK YOU JPF team, keep up the great work.

Disappointed, I tried to donate from New Zealand only to be told its's not supported from here. I love the idea,but unable to help. Hopefully you can sort that out.
