Neeta is clearly completely in love with Jade, and is obviously jealous of her former boyfriend. I can't wait until she comes out to Jade, and says they should run away together. We will then see Jade struggle with the dilemma of whether she reports her friend to the elders, or whether she is tempted to run away with her. I'm on the edge of my seat.

Had a similar experience when witnessing to a chick and she even got baptized and everything. The pressure from her and the witnesses to get married was crazy. I really tried to make it work but it got fairly toxic months into the relationship and it was tough to shake. You're expected to just marry weeks to months later when it's your first time dating. "Oh you're dating? When's the marriage date?" You're really in a tight spot when everyone thinks it should be a fairy tale outcome right off the bat..

This exact video happened to me. It was the turning point in my waking up. I had broken up with my worldly boyfriend and was love bombed for it. Everyone praised me. But then a year later, we got back together. And got engaged. Everyone treated me like an evil whore. I was told I was ruining my life and everyone tried to talk to me like it was a meth intervention. I woke up because people weren’t treating me like me. Like a human. I was conditionally loved and I finally saw it. I hate they way I was treated, I hate the people who did that to me. Left me feeling abandoned, but I was never loved by those people.

This is infuriating, you need to break up with the person you loved before you joined the cult because it’s clearly wrong and because we say so???? It looks like the only thing that he did wrong was to not become a JW and she clearly really loves him, so she should just ignore her feelings and marry a good JW boy who she really doesn’t like so she can go to paradise???? This sort of thing goes way back in the USA. Maybe not so much Europe. With so many ethnic groups here, long ago, Italians only married Italians Jews only married Jews, Irish only married Irish and so on and so on.... Families were strict. Later 20th century it became Italian Catholics marrying Polish Catholics and Irish Catholics marrying German Catholics and so on.... Jews were still only marrying Jews. As long as Catholic married Catholic and Jews married Jews, families were happy. Through the years the restrictions got removed or lessoned. No one seems to care much anymore. Not to say people couldn't do what they wanted 100+ years ago but it could get complicated. It was sort of a My Big Fat Greek Wedding scenario where the father wanted his daughter to only marry a Greek. The non Greek fiancé in the movie had to convert to Greek Orthodox to get the father's blessings.

It's quite strange, very different experience I have with JWs, than you have... Would love to share more about it. First, love your chanal, and I think I watched the JW false predictions video 20 times trying to memorize it. I myself is ex JW, though I was never baptized. My family is JWs, besides the regular annoying trying to convince me conversations, we have good relationships. My brother who is baptized is married to a non beliver, no issues from the elders. I regularly socialise with my old JW friends. In fact, in one week time I'm going to a yearly drunken gamer party with about 10 of them, two of them elders now. And every year it's the same, trucks of alcohol for 3-4 days straight, music so loud that it usually ends with cops shutting us down. No restrictions on games we play, (whitch really is just the exuses for getting together to forget the world for a long weekend), war, violence, magic and demons, non of it "forbidden" entertainment.

Can I ask what country you're in?? In most places, this is something that would have all the JWs get immediately put on punishment. Also JWs allow you to marry non believers as long as no pre martial sex was involved (you will get disfellowshipped for that) but marrying a non believer is looked down upon to the point you can lose privileges in the kingdom hall. That being said, I know several JWs who married non believers even after they became witnesses

Even at that don’t you realize that the JW’s doing that are a sub-cult of sorts? They’ve all agreed to a vow of secrecy among them (& you) for their “forbidden” activities. Bet not one of them tells other JW’s outside of the circle about what they get up to for fear of being reproved or shunned. It’s like it’s own secret organization within the watchtower organization. Or simply a sub-cult of the larger cult.

Finding a nonJW girlfriend was one of the best decisions in my life. I could firsthand see how evil JW are. It opened my eyes. The elder harassment ended only as i called the law department in betel... It is pity the girl in the video didnt date him again. She could see the true evil side of JW too.
