For those who still don't get it: While it literally meant as the husband is no longer had any worth after "giving her the baby" so he sat in the back of the car, it is actually a reference to anal sex.

It is funny but unintentional I don’t think so. They were good at the scripted gags though. Actually had pretty decent acting skills as even the scripted was hilarious
I don't think it was as unintended as you might think...would be very coincidal. Besides, Top Gear has always been very scripted (mostly the jokes) since series 10 or so
