I judge actors based on how entertaining they make the movie they're in, how well they convince the movie watcher of their roles and how much you escape reality while watching thier movies due to how well they are playing the part. I think many people like actors who are just the best at portraying drama and deep emotional movies and roles but I don't like those kind of movies so I guess I don't appreciate those types of actors as much.
