NOW desired (by the minority) if ALL vote for a specific person THAT vote needs to be totally disregarded solely for equity? If true EQUITY is the desire, let's start with brick layers and roofers. THEN discussions regarding expanding that to other dirty, sweaty, labor intensive jobs. Until then this is no more than a power grab for nice jobs and comfy offices.
