I had such a fun time chatting with Andy Mecha on his channel along with Terrain by Aaron that I was inspired to build a bot of my own out of bits of this and that and this is the result.

This little project was fun, but I'm a little out of practice making a model out of found objects so it was a bit of a struggle and I still haven't got the hang of making a "live build video".
I'll likely stick to sculpting and complete scratchbuilds with the occasional kitbash and projects like this scratchbash on rare occasions in between.
If you like videos with content like live drawing sessions, tutorials or visiting new cities and museums, places of interest or shopping hauls, I will do that on occasion., I mostly showcase vids about art tools and techniques, videogames and robots ( or mecha )and science fiction and fantasy art, miniatures and toys and table top gaming like 40k or Star Wars Battlefront or Zelda then keep watching. I will post stuff related to these topics al the time. If you like learning how to DIY your own custom toys and models or want to know more about miniature gaming, painting, sculpting, drawing and other fun stuff (or get some kind of ASMR from my crazy voices) then watch my other videos as well. I also post videos with this type of content.

If you get a chance see the other videos I also "decorate" other household items like anti-bacterial soap dispensers, holiday lightbulbs, Kool-Aid flavor bottles and much much more. Keep an eye out for the 100% scratch built stuff too. I make much more than "junk bots". Thanks for watching. Or did you mean the decal? LOL!

Awesome build. That would be worthy of the Silver's Scratch built go big or go home mech challenge coming in march.

Thanks. I didn't really plan it. I just grabbed all the junk I could find around the house...which turned out to be 90% bottle caps and some electrical wiring caps. I also ended up using these weird christmas light clips (what the lower legs and feet are mostly made of). LOL

@@bots2beasts that's half the fun in scratch building. I usually plan on making something that turns into something else when I don't have bits that I need for the build. I don't stress trying to find a certain part, I just go where the build takes me🤣

Thanks. The Geisha is nearing completion, I have a greenstuff mini I'll be working on, the OMC completion Mecha, the Zelda BoTW Molduga..lot's of big projects ahead.

Love the end composition! My only recommendation for the build would be to use a grey primer instead of black so it's easier to see the details. Shadows/holes/crevasses all blend together with black and it's harder to appreciate the final shots.

Not sure why I still get so many comments on this one. It was literally months ago and a 30 minute build at most. The whole point was just to slap it together as quickly as possible. As far as the black primer. Yeah...the sheen is unbearable! I was in a hurry (as I usually am with these) and filmed it while it was still wet and shiny. Once it is dry, it is VERY matte and much easier to see. LOL! The RU-vid "Suggested video" algorithm god is fickle. Please check out my other videos. I think you will appreciate them if you liked this fella.
