Meditation Monday! Participate in a free meditation class moderated by our OT Chloe and guided by Tess and Noni - classic meditation combined with guided meditations designed to relax your body, engage your brain, lift your spirit, and awaken your heart. This week's focus is an Introduction to Meditation.
Meditation has been proven to improve function in 9 regions of the brain.
It reduces the effects of stress, lowers heart rate & blood pressure,
improves sleep & memory, increases happiness, creativity & connection,
and so much more. Come see what meditation can do for you!
Presented by Noni Chadwick and Tess Brickett
Between them Noni and Tess have over 80 years of meditation experience and decades of teaching yoga and meditation.
